Pros: We really liked the apartment and the service. All clean and the staff took care of every single element.

Pros: Charming decorated rooms on an authentic location. Strictly it is not a hotel; it is more an accomodation with different rooms. The staff is very friendly and downstairs you can pick up some free snacks and drinks. When we arrived, we had an other room as booked (with the balcony and view). The person behind the desk called his boss, but this was the room we paid for. The room was stylish but a bit cramped. The bed was quite soft. Big bathroom though. We still enjoyed our stay very much. Nice people. The hotel is really close to the seafront.

Cons: You could only leave the building with a special keyholder. We wrote booking twice an email about the description of the room (we thought, we booked/paid for). We got no answer. We don´t assume, the hotelowner made a mistake. And to be honest there were hardly any rooms with a balcony.

Would definitely stay again .

Pros: The room was very quite, calm and peaceful as was the Hotel in general. The bed and the pillows was extremely comfortable and an excellent nights sleep.

Cons: Everything was excellent, my only suggestion was to get a bigger waste paper basket in the room.

Pros: Very friendly staff upon arrival, room was all you needed, quirky touches but comfortable and we thought nicely located

A beautiful property ideal to explore Cádiz

Pros: It was a beautiful property the room was spotlessly clean and the location ideal to explore Cádiz the ladies who run the property could not do enough to help and the little extras that were free were very welcome and thoughtful

Relaxing and amazing

Pros: Very clean, very big, comfortable and pretty room, quiet and in a very nice location. We parked at Santa Barbara parking for 15€/24h.

Cons: Hot water in the shower was a little bit inconsistent.

Room swapped after paid for.

Pros: Room was comfortable and all amenities covered. Location great.

Cons: Reserved and paid for a Deluxe room. Given Standard room and told 'They're all the same.' So why did I pay extra for a Deluxe room then?

Pros: Quaint building in the city center. Super likeable host, who went out of his way to buy a new aircon system once the installed one stopped functioning. He also provided us with an umbrella for the beach. There's free water and even free soft drinks & snacks in the lobby!

Cons: Bed slightly too small for two people. Our room had only one long pillow (used by both people), which I've seen in a few hotels in Spain, but find unpractical and weird nevertheless.
