A nice apartment for autumn stay

Pros: Very helpful staff, which came on site and prepared another apartment for us after we reported problems in the first apartment. Nice balcony with table and chairs for a romantic wine and tapas. Washing machine in the apartment Underground public car park for reasonable price close nearby.

Cons: The apartment that we booked was not available due to water issue, the replacement apartment was not clean and with malfunctioning air-conditioning. A sofa in the living room required cleaning or replacement. The apartment lacks a kettle - would be very handy for a morning tea. The owner requested a deposit paid by bank transfer to their account (not credit card guarantee) and it was returned over a week after our stay.

Pros: We were let down very bady by HORIZONTE Sunny Home by Cadiz4Rentals and had to find somewhere quickly (that day). Professionalism of the staff at Lhome Cadiz was very good. Nice, clean apartment close to the beach but away from the old town - close to a rail stop. Well served with cafes and supermarkets

The place is clean, private with a nice view. It has a great location and the Wi-Fi signal is strong

Pros: The location is great and close to the cafes and restaurants. The host is very gracious, friendly and communicated well with me. The Host's Companera, who is at the site between 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. was very helpful and showed me where to easily find a taxi which was just a few minutes of walking. Great balcony, comfortable place to stay either for a day or longer. I highly recommend this place.

Cons: Too much wind and rain but that is not the host fault

Nice and modern with an ocean view

Pros: Very modern building, about 100 metres away from the beach. We lived in the 2nd floor, from where there was a nice view to the ocean. We were able to park our car next to the apartment near the gas station, at no extra cost. Very modern and bright apartment. The bus station is only one minute away - across the street.

Cons: The instructions on where to find the apartment and then the entrance to the building could be better - we only recieved them on Whatsapp in spanish. They could simply write find the tallest and most modern building in the area :) The second bed for one adult and one 13y child was basically a sofa that was not very comfortable for two adult people.

Would strongly recommend this to anyone looking to stay for a stay visit to the lovely Cadiz city.

Pros: Excellent location, 24 free parking in front of the building If you’re lucky enough to find a free bay 😀, close to Estadio train station and bus stops to old town is just under 5 minutes walk. It’s a fairly new building so all the apartments are immaculate and spacious even for a family of 4. Burger King is right below for any emergency hungry people. Nice luxurious living and good enough for a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 soon to be teenagers.

Cons: Nice central location with easy access to public transport, and well maintained decent size property.

Pros: good location close to the beach and large parking lot. Sunny balcony

Cons: there was no electric kettle

Overall impressions are good. Plan to visit this place one more time

Pros: great view. close a bus stop, a lot of shops, 5 mins to the beach and to the Cadiz stadium

Cons: we were needed more toilet paper there was not dishwasher capsules

Nice apartment in a good location

Pros: Loved the location, just minutes from the beach, cafes, restaurants, shops and public transport. We walked into Cadiz old town a few times as it was such a lovely stroll along the promenade. The bed was comfy, the bathroom great. good facilities in the sitting room with a fabulous tv. The balcony was a great size. The room was very clean on arrival. Nice to find spare bedding and towels available. The security of the apartment was very good. Nice touch was the host to leaving us a gift for our anniversary

Cons: The air-conditioning was not adequate. We checked with the cleaner to confirm it was set correctly and she confirmed it was. We had to go out and buy fans to use as it just wasn't bearable in the sitting room. it seemed to work a little better in the bedroom. A lack of shelves or drawers meant we had to leave clothing in our suitcases for the week. This was annoying.

Pros: La comunicación con el hotel, la cercania de la parada y acceso al centro genial 😘💪

Cons: Nada, todo genial.

Pros: Cama cómoda, amplio y muy limpio. Un detalle que se agradece es que dejen pastilla para lavavajillas. La atencion del personal excelente no conseguía abrir la puerta de acceso a apartamento y atendieron mi llamada enseguida y lo solucionaron. La ubicación lógicamente no es el centro pero esta bien comunicado por tren y autobús

Cons: Como recomendación, revisar la puerta de acceso a los apartamentos desde hall porque tiene truco para que abra, nos paso a varias personas.
