Pros: Everything g.. Great flat in great street. Flat is very clean and comfortable. Location brilliant in Old Town. Easy walking to everywhere.

Fantastic city and nice, big apartment

Pros: If you need a big apartment in the center of Cadiz, this is it! Spacious with 2 big bedrooms, living room and 2 dining areas, separate kitchen. The street and the house is not the nicest of downtown but it's a great location, everything is by walking distance:)

Cons: The check-in was a bit stressful with the electronic SmartKey but i have to admit once you know how to do it it's pretty easy.. The big issue is the free parking which should not to be advertised this way because the parking is suitable only for really small cars. My husband is a very confident driver, we came by a Saab but the narrow, multi-angled garage entrance just simply made impossible to get into the parking without damaging your car. You have to be prepared to park in a public 24h garage which cost 15-18 eur/day. The free zone is about 2 km away from the apartment.

I recommend this place if you want to stay in a spacious and well equipped apartment close to main tourist attractions.

Pros: - big and comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen with a table and living room with a sofa and a table, spacious bathroom - makes feel at home - clean, aesthetically pleasing - well equipped (including washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron, wifi, TV) - free parking (underground parking nearby costs €17,50 a day) - localised in proximity to the ocean, the cathedral and other principal monuments - easy access, digital keys (plus normal ones just in case) - easy contact with landlord

Cons: - small parking and narrow passage (we were informed about this problem beforehand) - keep it in mind if you rent a car - choose a small one, even a medium size vehicle barely passes - school right in front of the apartment, children making noise at 9 am - it may bother if you wake up late

Pros: Location was excellent. Spacious apartment, quiet at night. Good facilities.

Excelente casa en el mismo centro de Cádiz

Pros: La estancia, como en casa, no le faltaba ni un detalle, súper limpio todo, tanto la agencia, como el casero súper atento a todo, estoy segura que todos los años será nuestra casa por Carnaval

Pros: Lo que más me gustó es que está cerca del mercado de abastos,con todos los servicios cerca incluso un sitio para lavar la ropa. Recomiendo ir a pastelería la madrina y comerse una ensaimada de nata, riquísima y en el bar periquito muy buenos desayunos😊

Cons: El piso está muy bien camas grandes y cómodas, el sofá bastante incómodo, la tele tardaba bastante en cargar y lo que era bastante incomodo era que para ir a cualquier habitación,cuarto de baño, cocina, tienes un escalón y no es bajito ,lo comento por si alguien tiene movilidad reducida que lo sepa. El trato del personal bien yo tuve un problemilla con filtraciones y lo resolvieron pronto.

Pros: Las camas muy cómodas, el aparcamiento también un punto a favor. Muy céntrico .

Pros: Todo perfecto, muy limpio y espacioso. Bonita decoración. La ubicación es excelente, estás muy cerca de todo.

Cons: He echado en falta unas cortinas en la cristalera que da al patio interior. O quizás se podría poner un vinilo en los cristales de la parte baja de la cristalera para evitar que te estén viendo a cualquier hora, hay poca intimidad ahora. En la cocina también falta unas cortinas. Cualquiera de las dos opciones son buenas. He visto quejas sobre esto mismo hace más de un año, y siguen sin resolverlo.

Pros: Très bon emplacement. Proche des lieux d’intérêt les plus intéressants. Plage La Caleta a 5 min à pieds Le bâtiment et l’appartement étaient clean.

Cons: Le parking inutilisable. C’était bien mentionné que ce n’étais pas bon pour de grand véhicules mais je ne pouvais pas imaginer que c’était à ce point ! J’ai un VOLVO XC60. Impossible à rentrer. Prévoyez en moyenne 20Eur par jour pour le stationnement. Plusieurs parkings sous terrains disponibles à 5 min.

Pros: Posibilidad de aparcar en las instalaciones (no asegurada para hay bastante movimiento de vehículos y suele haber hueco), localización inmejorable muy cercana a la zona comercial y de restaurantes de La Carihuela, vistas al mar y limpieza de ls instalaciones. También la atención vía móvil y WhatsApp del personal.

Cons: Solo tiene un cuarto de baño.
