Pros: 3 minutes to supermarkets, pharmacy. 5 minutes walk to the amazing vibrant market where you can chill enjoying food & drinks and great social vibe til midnight, as well as morning stalls selling fish, meat, fruit & vegetables. This area is adjacent to the main shopping area with some lovely old squares nearby to sit and watch the world go by. Apartment is 5 min walk to the beautiful Teatro building and to La Caleta beach. Baggage lock-up 2 min away. Apartment had high ceilings, giving a sense of space, nice old features and a big shower. Dealing with the booking agency was prompt and efficient via WhatsApp. They organised 6am taxi for us the previous evening, which messaged and arrived on time. When a tap was loose they offered to arrive within a short time with repair guy and cleaner. Bin is in hallway, so easy to discard of rubbish. Floor-length windows open onto picturesque little streets and a small balcony on the bedroom. Old wooden shutters keep the heat out when needed.

Cons: The key system... Smart locks. These depend on WiFi, being tech-savvy and having your phone with you when going out. We found it difficult initially to work out. When we did, these locks are quite noisy. WiFi was slow for accessing Google. One bedroom is part of the livingroom with a moveable screen separating it, but was okay for us.

Pros: Amazing location in the heart of Cadiz. Walkable distance to the beach and city center. Fast and kind support (we locked ourselfs out in first hour we came). Apartement has a really nice decor it feels and it is really comfortable. Totally recomend this to anyone!

Pros: Location was near the beach and also near centre of old town. Clean and. Comfortable beds.

Cons: Having to use a phone app to lock and unlock the doors

Enjoyed Cadiz and the apartment was OK. But first impressions not good

Pros: It’s a typical Andalucian style apartament, with high ceilings. Great location. Uou practically can walk everywhere

Cons: There are no numbers on the apartments and using the code system they have to open doors, its very confusing which apartment you’ve been allocated. No one answered the phone when we called and neither did they follow up to see if we had any problem. Walls are dirty but it’s just a case of cleaning them. No hot water in the kitchen for washing up. We were not informed so it was a case if trial and error

Gorgeous central location.

Pros: Spacious and central Beautifully decorated, would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The property stated we can’t flush toilet paper, this is fine, but the bathroom bin provided didn’t have a pedal which means we had to physically touch the bin to put toilet paper in which is very unhygienic. Recommendation to them would be to add a toilet bin with a pedal, since there is the requirement to not flush toilet paper.

Great value for money! Lovely apartment with a cultural feel.

Pros: Reception very close by and easy to find. Receptionist spoke good English and were helpful. App and code to access property easy to use. Very clean.

Cons: Noise of dustbin men on the street at around 4am was very disruptive.

Breve pero muy cómoda para desplazarse por Cádiz

Pros: La ubicación era excelente y el apartamento estaba bien en sí para lo que nosotros lo necesitábamos

Cons: La limpieza mal porque estuvimos más tiempo del que nos dijeron esperando a que terminaran y el suelo no estaba bien barrido con lo cual había cosas sucias de los anteriores inquilinos y las toallas sucias de ellos no se las llevaron y estaban en la habitación y aseo repartidas. También decir que el papel higiénico solo nos dejaron el puesto y tuvimos que andar comprando.

Vacaciones en centro histórico de Cádiz

Pros: Decoración del apartamento, restauración impresionante, aire acondicionado, todo bien y cuidado.

Cons: Quizás la calle un poco sucia en agosto, no tiene parking pero el resto perfecto.

Estancia agradable

Pros: La ubicación del alojamiento es excelente, a pocos metros tanto de la playa como de la zona de más ambiente del casco viejo de la ciudad. Muy cómoda para moverse por Cádiz. El edificio es muy tranquilo y la calle también, no se escuchan ruidos por las noches por lo que se puede descansar perfectamente

Cons: Echamos en falta alguna cápsula de café de cortesía dado que hay una máquina nesspreso y sería un detalle dejar al menos una cápsula por personas de las que se sabe que se van a alojar. En cuanto a la limpieza es mejorable en algunos detalles, como norma general está limpio pero si falta un poco de mano en algunos aspectos

Pros: El edificio en sí, es precioso, la decoración muy acertada.

Cons: La limpieza. Han habido detalles de escasa limpieza.
