Sehr schönes Haus für ruhigen Familienurlaub am Atlantik

Pros: Sehr schönes Haus über 3 Etagen mit je Balkon, Terrasse mit Wiese in toller Lage, Meer und Pool vor der Tür, sehr ruhige abgeschlossene Ferienanlage. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Beim oberen Bad duscht man mit Meerblick.

Cons: Poolzeiten von 11 - 15.30 und 17-21 Uhr. Im Haus leider bisschen viel Rumstellzeug. Wir haben uns sehr gut arrangiert. Leider kein Wasserkocher und kein Wäscheständer für die Handtücher vom Pool/Meer auf der Terrasse vorhanden.

Pros: Prachtige villa, alle slaapkamers met badkamer prima in orde. Fantastisch uitzicht op de tuin en zee. Rustig gelegen. Er is een uitgebreide hoeveelheid keuken spullen, voldoende voor een vol huis, jammer dat het zo chaotisch is samengesteld, maar er is echt veel en het ontbreekt aan niets. Het is comfortabel hier te verblijven. In de kelder mooie ruimte voor tafeltennis. Er zijn voldoende pingpong bedjes maar bijna alleen maar oude kapotte balletjes. Fotos van het huis kloppen, die van het strand zijn van Conil, een paar kilometer verderop.

Cons: De nodige gebreken aan tuinstoelen. Zwembad is seizoens gebonden, het was nu gesloten voor groot onderhoud. Toilet papier was er onvoldoende net zoals douche gel, afwasmachine blokjes, etc. Toch jammer als je zulke bedragen betaald.

Pros: El sitio tiene una ubicación inmejorable. Nos encantó que tuviera tres baños y la casa es súper luminosa.

Cons: Hay una habitación que está en el sótano y no tiene ventilación, por lo que creo que no deberían contarla como habitación. Realmente hay sitio para seis personas (siete si se usa el sofá). Por otro lado, los colchones y las almohadas son mejorables. Hay que tener en cuenta que hay que dar una fianza de 200€ en efectivo al llegar y el check out es a las 10h, lo cual nos pareció muy temprano, ya que en la mayoría de los sitios suele ser a partir de las 11h
