Pros: Very good communication and very easy to find. Great central location. Room was reasonably comfortable with good showers. Breakfast was standard fare but nicely served and a good start to the day. Staff were really nice and helpful. Would happily stay again

Very good location for a good price.

Pros: As a matter of fact it`s a student residence and you are asked for academic or sportive background. I suppose bikers are always welcome. They offer andalusian Breakfast, which is alright for me. Ismael, the owner, is a fantastic person, who supports everybody in exploring Cadiz. He provides lots of information and usefull advice and support. The terrace is amazing with views on the cathedral an the city centre. I´d like to come back.

Pros: excellent location, in the heart of the centro historico. you have breakfast included in the price (something basic), and the option to choose lunch/dinner as well (nothing fancy, reasonable prices). the room was cleaned every other day, the shared bathrooms were very clean at all times during the day.night. Ismael - the owner- speaks English and was very helpful and responsive with all the requests. Parking at reasonable pricing at a 14-minute walk to Reina Sofia.

Perfect vacation in Cadiz

Pros: The staff are brilliant and their friendliness makes up for the lack of luxury that one is looking for on holiday. Everything was perfect and perfect enough for us.

Cons: Maybe the air conditioning should be solved somehow or fans should be given without compensation.

Pros: I spent a week in Cadiz for a summer school. The owner took care to show me where to take the bus to go to the university of Puerto Real, lending me the bus card. It was my first time alone abroad and I felt good. Very helpful and welcoming staff!

Beautiful

Pros: Friendly staff (the man) a beautiful terrace & location is great! Mattress was amazing, comfortable not hard and old like in other accommodations! Room has everything you need! I would love to come back!!

Cons: Everything was good except other loud annoying french guests on the first floor!
