Rooms with a wonderful roof terrace!

Pros: Lots of character, good location close to centre, felt very serene, cracking roof terrace with cushioned seats and loungers, very helpful host. The bathroom in my room was VERY small!

Beautifully renovated building, warm hosts, quiet central location

Pros: Stunning old building and the loveliest hosts (and cute dog for tummy rubs). It really felt like staying with friends. Alexia offered local recommendations and responded very quickly to any questions on WhatsApp. There is a lovely reading room for guests to use. The roof terrace here is stunning - quiet, pretty, huge views, and very comfortable. I would recommend anyone to stay here, and my single room was good value for money.

Cons: I was a bit disappointed with my (deluxe) single room, though it rated 10/10 for style. The shower was tiny and would be a real issue for someone tall or broad. I only discovered there was no hairdryer after showering. (Just ask for one before you get in the shower!) And there wasn't much space to simply stand things like basic toiletries, or an alarm clock. The two other (double) guest rooms were much bigger and looked stunning. These are minor things and shouldn't deter anyone from booking this lovely place, but choose one of the double rooms if you can.

Pros: It is an exceptional house with an exceptional hostess. A house with charm, with an atmosphere reminiscent of courtyard houses in Marrakech; everything is very tastefully and nobly furnished down to the last detail. Probably only a few visitors can call such a beautiful house their own - a jewel. Quietly located - and yet right in the middle of the action. If you close your eyes and wish for a house you would like to live in, this is it. We thank you for everything. ——

Pros: Our hostess was a mine of local information and greeted us warmly. The casa is beautifully renovated.

Pros: Das komfortable historische Stadthaus ist liebevoll restauriert und wird von der Gastgeberin Alexia mit viel Herzblut geführt. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wurden mit guten Ausflugtips versorgt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Atlantikküste und ihren tollen Stränden und interessanten Städten wie z.B. Cadiz, Vever und Conil. Frühstück in nahegelegenem Hotel und abendliche Tapas im örtlichen Pub. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons: Auto Anreise und Parkplatz nur mit kleineren PKW zu empfehlen, da es direkt in der Medina sehr eng ist. Mit unserem Panda problemlos.

Pros: Lo mejor la atención y el trato con Alexia,que se esforzaba para que tuviésemos unas buenas vacaciones,un placer

Pros: Todo estuvo genial, un sitio para tener paz y tranquilidad, a la casa no le falta detalle es preciosa, súper limpia y con unos anfitriones muy buenos y atentos.

Cons: No es una mala valoración pero si una sugerencia, la almohada un poco incómoda. Cogimos desayuno incluido y nos sorprendió que solo fuese café y tostada, no tomamos café y si queríamos embutidos lo pagábamos aparte. No sé el convenio con el bar pero como buenos andaluces estamos acostumbrados a tomar tostadas con pavo, York o jamón. No obstante el pan riquísimo y el personal del bar genial.

Medina siempre en Casa Antigua

Pros: La casa es una obra de arte y la Anfitriona simplemente extraordinaria! Altamente recomendable

Pros: La casa es preciosa, un auténtico encanto. Las habitaciones son muy confortables y silenciosas. Quién viene por primera vez a Medina pues está en el centro y a dos pasos de la Plaza España y otros puntos de interés . Los propietarios son muy simpáticos y atentos, siempre preocupados con tu estancia.
