Pros: Fabulous apartment with great old furnishing and lovely sun terrace in centre of town.

Cons: Communication problem - owner not notified by Booking.com so we were lucky he was available to come to property and let us have access.

A restful stay in a beautiful and spacious apartment in the heart of Sanlucar's old town.

Pros: It was centrally located, close to the old town's restaurants and the riverside area as well.

Cons: Parking in the garage was rather tricky - we had a rather large hire car that didn't help. But all garages seem to be very tight like this in Spain!

Great apartment in a beautiful and historic town of Sanlucar

Pros: The property was in a great location so close to the main old town square and east walk to the beach. Very spacious and with everything you need, we all really enjoyed our stay.

Great Place

Pros: Lovely big well, equipped, comfortable apartment. Great shower and comfortable bed. Very close to Plaza with numerous bars restaurants and short walk to Beach, Promenade, Bus Station and Aldi. It's a great town full of wonderful food, friendly people and great atmosphere. Alvor a was a great host and easily contactable. He organised us a secure parking place. We communicated on WhatsApp and using Google translate. Highly recommended.

Cons: As described apartment is on second floor with no lift. We had no problem with this but if you are infirm it might be.

Sanlucar is great and this apartment is perfect

Pros: Location was amazing. Across the road from the best Taberna in town. Awesome showers, great facilities. Alvaro was a legend with check in and check out. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Wonderful property and great location

Pros: The apartment was even better than the photos. It was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Everything possible had been thought of - even down to ice in the fridge.
