Spacious apartment in a good location.

Pros: The location was perfect. Close to the beach close to old town but away from the noise.

Cons: I did not like the check-in process. I had to go to one site to collect the key and another to find my accommodations. This would’ve been OK. Had I known that the site with the key was not where I was going to end up and I carried my luggage all the way there only to have to carry it all the way back. Also, everything had been turned off in the apartment. By everything I mean everything, the gas, which heat the water, everything was unplugged. Being from the US I didn’t understand how to turn the gas on so it was a bit cumbersome. Luckily, I called the contact and she came over and helped me.

Nice apartment in Rota

Pros: The location is great; with supermarkets, bars, and shops nearby; and about a 10 minute walk to downtown or 15 minutes to the beach. Apartment was ample for a family, working kitchen and bathroom, and balcony. Beds might be a bit rickety, but you barely hear them once on them. Quiet and serene spot, no noise.

Buena calidad-precio

Pros: Está muy bien ubicado para el precio que tiene, el bloque es muy tranquilo y la zona muy comercial, el apartamento es muy fresquito y tiene todo lo necesario. Sin duda un acierto.

Cons: Por poner un pero aunque los colchones eran cómodos, el canapé de la cama de matrimonio crujía un poco cada vez que te levantabas de la cama pero creo que era por unas cajas que tenía el propietario dentro y que presionaban la zona de la base.
