Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen, hat aber Nebengeräusche.

Pros: Im Haus befindet sich ein Fahrstuhl. Die FeWo hat einen großen Balkon mit Meerblick und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Playa Los Galeones (schöner Sandstrand). Die Entfernung zum Hafen (Fähre nach Cadiz) und in die Stadt betragen ca. 1,5 km (30 - 40 Minuten zu laufen). Zur Wohnung gehört ein überdachter Pkw.-Stellplatz.

Cons: Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Base Naval (Militärflughafen mit Sichtnähe zum Marinestützpunkt). Insbesondere nachts und früh am Morgen ist gelegentlich mit Fluglärm und Böllerschüssen zu rechnen.

Pros: La ubicación, tenia plaza de aparcamiento, la piscina

Cons: La cocina no tenía puerta y el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba

Buena calidad - precio.

Pros: Las vistas, la piscina, la terraza, el sofá muy cómodo, que tenga aire acondicionado en cada habitación y el salón. Tuvimos problemas de atasco y lo solucionaron bastante rápido.

Cons: El frigorífico le costó enfriar, una de las camas dobles, que es canapé, está un poco rota y hace ruidos raros, pero es cómoda. El baño no estaba muy limpio y las toallas tampoco, el problema de atasco no nos gustó porque tuvimos que pararnos a llamar para que fueran a arreglarlo y luego olía fatal, pero lo arreglaron rápido.
