Summerland Apartments Rota

Pros: Great location, fabulous service and beautiful apartment!!

Nice place, marvelous stay.

Pros: We stayed for a few days in May, and we liked absolutely everything. The apartment is really spacious, the terrace upstairs is a miracle, I could have stayed there all my life. The building is next to the huge sandy beach, just 5 minute walk. The host Lucia met us outside and showed the entrance to the parking. The parking space is small but no problem to put the car and get out of it, and you can get to the apartment right from the parking, which is very convenient. Lucia also gave us some good advise on visiting Cadiz and other places. Wi-fi worked perfectly, no problem with hot water, no problems at all. Everything was just great. Thank you so much! I do hope we will come again.

This was a beautiful location and I would definitely return to stay again.

Pros: The location was fantastic. Very close to all of the restaurants and bars. Had an ocean view, just a few blocks away!

Pros: Goede locatie, snelle communicatie na een probleem.

Cons: Kleine eethoek, uitvouwbaar waardoor je dat elke dag moest in en uitklappen.

Pros: De ligging bij boulevard en centrum in rustig buurtje. Persoonlijke ontvangst en gastvrijheid van Lucia.

Cons: Ons appartement had een klein balkon, geen mogelijkheid om buiten te relaxen

Pros: Sehr freundliche persönliche Begrüßung inkl. Einführung in die Wohnung und Schlüsselnutzung. Das Appartement ist sehr hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über einen hohen Standard mit Spül- und Waschmaschine. Das Bad ist mit Seife, Duschgel und Shampoo sowie vielen Handtüchern ausgestattet. Von der Wohnung sind der Strand und die Innenstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Auto kann in der eigenen Tiefgarage abgestellt werden.

Cons: Am Wochenende ist es auf der Straße temporär laut, wenn die Barbesucher ihre geparkten Autos abholen.

Pros: Очень душевно встретила Лусия.Все показала и рассказала где покушать,куда сходить.Место хорошее.Океан рядом.

Cons: Немного не хватило домашности.Остальное ок.

Heerlijk appartement zó aan het strand en bij centrum

Pros: Fijn appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien en echt zo dichtbij zee!!! We kregen zelfs parasols te leen en een grotere parkeerplaats voor de auto. Echt super! Ook het centrum is maar paar minuutjes lopen en een ander strand hooguit 20 minuutjes lopen. Ijssalon en supermarkt ook vlakbij. Het complex is heerlijk rustig. De host reageerde snel en persoonlijk. Bedankt Antonio en Lucia!

Cons: De slaapkamer is afgescheiden door een soort doek maar dat is op zich niet erg natuurlijk.

Pros: Nos gustó la limpieza, que todas las habitaciones tenían aire acondicionado independiente, que había mosquiteras en todas las puertas y ventanas impidiendo así la entrada de cualquier insecto, el tener parking y la zona es muy buena para moverse por Rota. La cercanía a la playa.

Cons: No poder estar más tiempo y por decir algo, el colchón de matrimonio para nosotros era un poco blando y nos dolía la espalda al día siguiente, pero supongo que es cuestión de gustos; ya que estaba todo genial. No faltaba un detalle.

Genial

Pros: La ubicación muy cerca de la playa. El personal muy amable y atento.
