Pros: The location is simply amazing. Rota is a lovely town and the apartment it is very well situatued, close to the beach but also within city center. Very nice apartment distributed on 3 levels, having a lovely design and very nice&wide spaces (nicer than puctures show) with an amazing bedroom on top and spacious terraces. I would come back!

Cons: More facilities in the kitchen should be added and also a solution to privide a parking place, even chargeable, must be found.

Pros: Superb property, great location close to the beach and restaurants in the heart of the quaint old town of Rota. Wonderful terraces for dining, relaxing and sunbathing that make the property really really special. Quiet, good aircon, very clean and new.

Pros: Beautiful home with many outdoor spaces to enjoy. Spacious with nice decorations and a comfortable bed.

Cons: Two days prior to checking in, we attempted to contact the property, and the management company was unreachable despite messaging them through both booking and their own website.

Piso para disfrutar al que volveremos

Pros: El piso está nuevo y bien decorado, de los mejores en los que me he alojado, nos gustó el detalle de la cafetera con capsulas y la botella de agua. Está en el centro por lo que puedes moverte andando a la playa o encontrar cualquier servicio que necesites a pocos metros. Pagamos la cochera aparte porque no hay aparcamiento en la zona y es muy cómodo tener el vehículo a un paso.

Cons: Por ponerle alguna recomendación, pondría mas equipamiento sobre todo en la cocina, tipo tostadora, batidora, algunos platos y cubiertos mas.
