Desconexión en Rota

Pros: La amplitud, ubicación, limpieza y lo nuevo y ordenado que estaba todo. Las vistas desde la terraza y lo confortable que son las camas. El gramaje de las toallas es estupendo. El personal muy atento a la llegada y con facilidades para la salida. Volveremos!

Cons: Las zonas comunes. Cuando llueve, el pasillo de acceso en planta baja se moja y resbala mucho. Los pisos superiores solo son accesibles a través de escalera. La puerta y cancela que dan a la calle hay que abrirla y cerrarla con llave por lo que la apertura automática no vale, si una persona sale sin llaves hay que bajar a abrir.

I go to Rota every year and this is by far the best place I’ve stayed at.

Pros: Super clean and the perfect location. Steps away from the beach. Great communication with the staff!

Cons: This is my favorite property that I’ve stayed at so far!

The apartment was a real find, and Rota is great if you want to get away from the tourist crowds.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Master BR with ensuite on the main floor, and two bedrooms on the second, each with a nice terrace, one very big with spiral stairs up to a private, large roof terrace with fabulous views. Rota is off the beaten path with almost no tourists, very quiet and friendly but Spanish charm. Excellent restaurant on the sea Badulaque Restauracion.

Cons: After a tiring drive, we were not met at the apartment to get the keys. Walked to the agents office which was closed. Be sure you have contact details for Summerland by Rota in case they are not at the apartment as promised.

Espectacular.

Pros: El ático es un impresionante dúplex de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños. Y tiene 3 terrazas. Está recién reformado y equipado hasta el último detalle. La ubicación es excelente, a 2 pasos de la playa y a 2 pasos del centro. El trato con lucía y mercedes fue formidable, estando pendiente de nosotros en todo momento e incluso ofreciéndonos un check in temprano que ni habíamos solicitado.

Cons: Nada.

Superbe appartement à Rota.J'adore

Pros: L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre-ville, à 2 pas de la plage.Très belle ville. L'accueil était super.Lucia était très gentille et serviable. L'appartement est super et suffisamment grand pour 6 personnes. Les terrasses sont incroyables avec une vue magnifique. Bref , nous reviendrons c est sûr.

Pros: Alles! Super neue und schöne Wohnung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist fast alles da was man braucht (Öl und Salz in der Küche wären hilfreich). Sehr sehr sauber.
