In general - no regrets. Rest is a result of your mood.

Pros: The sunset is really wonderful. Convenient parking place. Very nice building and internal territory. Apartment are correspondent to photo and descriptions.

Cons: The placement of apartment in between small town houses, but part of them are under construction, so be prepared to wake up early in the morning together with builders. Would be reasonable to arrange cleaning and change towels (include it in price) at least one a week. Also would recommend to apartment owner to buy and leave on balcony an umbrella and couple to chairs for the beach. It would be appreciated by your future customers. On Saturday it was very noisy from the neighboring hotels - the party was till morning. Probably this not happens every Saturday, I don't know. The bads are ok for sleeping, but they are starting to scream while you are lie on them.
