Pros: Todo. Especial valor el jardín, el equipamiento, que tenga dos baños, todo limpio y nuevo. La ubicación, si buscas una zona cerca de una buena playa andando en un entorno tranquilo con urbanizaciones nuevas y de calidad. En coche muy cerca del centro
