Lovely large flat in a great location

Pros: Lovely large flat, only 10 or so minutes walk from the station and very close to the sights we came to see, shops, bars etc. Efficient air-conditioning in both rooms was much appreciated as weather was very hot during much of our stay and we had all the equipment we needed. Our host, Carlos, responded to WhatsApp messages in reasonable time and gave us very clear instructions about picking up the keys.

Cons: Picked a flat that was convenient for getting our luggage from the station, believing from previous reviews that the keys would be located very close by, but they had to be collected from further across town; not far but tricky in a strange place with suitcases and bags; a helpful taxi driver was the solution. As others have said - bottom sheets that fit the bed are needed; seems a small thing not to address when the flat is otherwise so well appointed. Be aware that that the shower sometimes drains rather too slowly at times and you may have a small flood on your hands but there is a mop and bucket!

Pros: As no-one had stayed the previous night, I was able to check in early. Antonio was very responsive when I foolishly couldn't open the front door on arrival (it was very heavy - it needs a good push). He turned up in person within a few minutes. The apartment was great. Clean and well equipped. It's very well situated close to the town centre but quiet. It's also opposite a terrific freiduria.

Pros: Host is helpful via WhatsApp. This place is very clean, very comfortable with everything I need . Definitely want to stay here again if I come back to Jerez.

Good sized well maintained apartment. I would stay here again.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and well appointed. A well laid out kitchen. All windows have electric block out blinds. Smart tv and wifi worked well. Secure building with lift to second floor where apartment is located. It is located fairly centrally.

Cons: The roof developed a leak whilst I was there. Thankfully it only occurred on my last night.

Pros: A beautifully clean and well-kept apartment. In the centre of town but very quiet within the apartment. The host, Antonio, was very helpful and accommodating and responded to queries very quickly. We've travelled throughout Andalucia, and this was the best apartment we stayed in.

Antonio is a very friendly host, he helped us immediately whenever we needed something from him.

Pros: The apartment was beautiful, modern and clean. We felt like home.

A plush boutique flat in an excellent location for exploring the city.

Pros: Excellent location within walking distance of all Jerez has to offer. The host was exceptionally helpful and provided a list of recommendations. The flash was a real treat.

Cons: My only criticism is that some basics such as bottle opener were missing and some of the glassware wasn’t perfectly clean (likely soap residue)

Lovely apartment in the heart of Jerez, ideal for enjoying the charm of the old Jerez town.

Pros: Comfortable bed and good facilities overall. The size of the property was perfect for our needs and its location was ideal for walking around in Jerez. It is a bright apartment with views of Villamarta Theatre and access to communal terrace (for extra views of the city, drying your clothes in the sunshine or to sit with a book and enjoy the weather!).

Cons: The quality of the bedding (sheets) could be improved to match the standard of the property and maybe a coffee machine could be added to the kitchen appliances to make mornings a bit more enjoyable. It was cold the first night but the host quicky provided a blanket for the bed (there was central heating but the high cealings probably make it cooler at night time).

Excellent and top recommended.

Pros: I like that everything was as it on the photos, with no hidden surprises, and the commodity and condition of the site were in excellent condition. I was working there, and WIFI was excellent. The apartment is in the centre so If you prefer eating out everything is near, including the train station, just around 15min on foot and you can reach anywhere. The owner is kind and super responsive if you have any questions or doubts. I mostly like the daylight you have at the apartment, which was especially important for me as I was working the whole day there. It's something you can find rarely find. This apartment is covered by windows, which greatly makes a difference to me.

Cons: Hardly to say, I have lived in Jerez for years, and this accommodation was for the family reunion and work so I feel everything was ok as supposed to be. Just great.
