A great place to stay but not suitable for everyone
Pros: Quirky decor, great location in the old town. Comfortable.
Cons: Although I knew it was on the second floor the stairs were a problem. The stairway was quire narrow for getting luggage up and the plaster wall finish marked your clothes. The second flight of stairs was unusually steep. If you have any mobility issues, or are over 60, it could pose a difficulty!

Perfect pad in Jerez.
Pros: Perfect location, everything you need and convenient underground parking. Easy check in and check out. Just a fab spot in Jerez!
Cons: Own fault, hadn't realised festival on so changed our parking situation! 🤣

Pros: Location was perfect. Right on a lovely plaza. Very central.
Cons: Tough stairs to walk up to apartment. But that’s not unusual in Spain.

Pros: Als solo reiziger overtrof dit appartement al mijn verwachtingen. Het is erg ruim en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor mij voelde dit als een home away from home. Het is erg authentiek in de historische binnenstad aan een druk bezocht pleintje en naast een kerk. Prachtig.

Estancia en la feria del Caballo.
Pros: La ubicación excelente. El apartamento bastante agradable y cómodo. Con aberturas por delante y detrás, gracias a ellas, no hemos usado el aire acondicionado.
Cons: Las escaleras, muy derechas y enpinadas. El baño, un poco estrecho, sobretodo en la entrada de la ducha.

Perfect location and great spacious apartment!
Pros: Everything! Perfect location, close to everything. lots of space, kitchen well equipped for cooking simple meals and washing machine and drying rack were key to us at this point of our trip. Host was very responsive and helpful, check in and check out both easy.
Cons: A couple more towels for the bathroom would be a good add. And more blankets on site - the ac works so well you’ll actually be cold at night!

Absolut empfehlenswert mit ein paar marginalen Einschränkungen. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!
Pros: Ein zauberhaftes Apartment in einem für Spanien sehr ungewöhnlichem Ambiente. Tolle Atmosphäre mit blauer Balkendecke und Holzboden an einem der beliebtesten Plätze im Centro, dem Plateros. Hier kann man Marienumzüge, königliche Hochzeiten oder den Karneval direkt vom Fenster aus betrachten und man hat das Gefühl, dass alle Einwohner hier mindestens einmal am Wochenende vorbeikommen. Mehrere Bars, gute Restaurants und viele Cafés direkt wenn man aus der Tür kommt. Ein kleiner Markt für alles was man schnell noch brauchen könnte ist in 2 Minuten erreicht. Preise wie im normalen Markt bei langen Öffnungszeiten, super!
Cons: Die Treppen in den zweiten Stock waren schmal und hoch und ab dem 1. OG abenteuerlich: Sie hatten bis hinter die erste Wendlung keinen Handlauf. Nicht für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Beweglichkeit geeignet! Menschen mit Wohlstandsbauch und fortgeschritten Schwangere könnten Probleme haben in die Dusche zu kommen. Der Durchgang ist nicht für beleibtere Personen wie mich gemacht und wollte mich ständig vom duschen abbringen. Wenn der Platz voll ist – und das ist er abends eigentlich immer, wird es dermaßen Laut durch die Gäste, die natürlich draußen sitzen, dass man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Aber so ist das nun mal an einem so belibten Platz. Die Ausstattung der Küche muss ich auch hier wieder bemängeln. Kein Küchenhandtuch. Ein Messer hat wohl schon ein Vormieter im Besteck vermisst und eines aus dem Café gegenüber geliehen. Das war dann auch das einzige kleine Brotmesser. Große Messer gab es schon. Ich habe einmal dort gekocht und das hat keinen Spaß gemacht, obwohl die Küche selber sehr schön ist. Es fehlte einfach zu viel.
