Pros: We had an excellent stay at this property. The house is equipped with every comfort you could possibly need, making it easy to feel completely at home from the very beginning. The spaces are thoughtfully arranged, functional, and well maintained. The heating and cooling system deserves special mention: it is extremely well designed and allows you to regulate the indoor temperature perfectly, ensuring maximum comfort at any time of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped, not only with all the essential cookware and utensils but also with a complete range of small appliances, which makes cooking and daily living very convenient. Everything was impeccably clean and perfectly organized, a detail that truly makes a difference. The included breakfast was also very much appreciated — varied and of excellent quality. We highly recommend this property for its comfort, attention to detail, and the genuine care shown to guests.

Unbeatable location, quiet apartment and terrace

Pros: Excellent location in Jerez, host friendly and efficient We were the only people in the building so it was very peaceful and quiet The terrace is a brilliant addition

Cons: Not a fan of the digital lock/key system but it is a personal preference. I'd rather have a good old fashioned key

Pros: Great location, large apartment, very clean and super friendly and efficient staff.

Pros: Excellent location, close to everything. Good access for anyone with mobility issues (apartment 001). Wheelchair accessable wet room. Very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very quiet despite being on the ground floor.

Cons: Unfortunately we didn't find the toaster or kettle until we were leaving, maybe they could be put on display instead of being in a cupboard. A tea towel would also be useful.

Very well managed property and pleasant stay

Pros: Centrally located, (super convenient for seeing processions during Semana Santa), spacious and very clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful, not only pro-actively provided information to make our stay as pleasant as possible, also went beyond miles to accommodate our request. Overall a very well managed property. We would definitely stay again when going back to Jerez.

Pros: Perfectly located in the middle of Jerez, particularly during the flanco festival. Just a hop, skip and jump literally to the teatro Villamartin. Fabulous concierge Alejandro! So helpful and kind and very knowledgeable.

Pros: Everything about our stay was terrific. The host, Alejandro, was super responsive and helpful re email enquiries and then, when we got there, to anything else. The apartment was nicely decorated. Everything worked to perfection. As well as unlimited tea/ coffee, mini madelaines were also provided.

Pros: Great location and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Staff were very accommodating and attentive and provided lots of additional information about Jerez that was much appreciated. Room was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.

Pros: New, clean and fully equiped appartment, right in the centre of the town (parking garage is very near, and not expensive at all). Very kind and helpful manager. We booked last minute because of the plan changing during the roadtrip, but at the end the place and the Jerez town were great choice.

Pros: The owner is so friendly and helpful. Apartment is very central, modern and clean. I would stay again if in Jerez.
