Pros: The apartment is modern,spacious and situated in a great location. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Excellent communication with Diego via WhatsApp. We will be definitely returning to stay in the apartment again!

Cons: Nothing.

Home from home

Pros: Quiet and clean block with roof terrace access to dry laundry and admire the cathedral. Convenient location, just a short walk from the sights, shops etc. The apartment is modern and comfortable with everything required for an extended stay. I appreciated having extra duvets and blankets plus heaters in all rooms as it was cold in February.

Cons: The cold weather but that is beyond the landlord’s control!

Excellent stay and a perfect host

Pros: Extremely comfortable apartment in the centre of the historic zone. We felt so comfortable here. Everything works perfectly and the beds are comfortable.

Cons: The only drawback was the parking. We really struggled to get in and out of the garage, and I consider myself a good driver of 35 years experience. It may be okay for residents who know the secret of manoeuvring the spiral slopes or reversing in between columns and cars. I’m sure it also helps if you park your usual car, not a hire car. We only had a ford focus and it took us 1hr to park on the first night, every other day it took a lot of effort and stress not to damage the car taking it in and out of the garage. Don’t bring anything bigger than a very small car! The damage marks all over the garage walls and pillars show how many people have had scrapes, scratches and collisions in the past.

Great stay in great location in Jerez de la Frontera!

Pros: The apartment was great: good layout, well-equipped, and comfy beds. Each room has windows with daylight, but there is no view (all internal courtyards). The location near the cathedral is great for walking around Jerez.

Cons: There were some issues with the heaters in the bedrooms, but the one in the living room worked fine and ended up being sufficient during the week we were there.

Pros: Una ubicación perfecta, sobre todo en la época en la que hemos estado alojados. El anfitrión muy amable y el apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario hasta el mínimo detalle. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable.

Apartamento para estar como en casa

Pros: El apartamento estaba muy bien cuidado, todo muy nuevo y no falta detalle. Cocina muy completa con aceite, café, azúcar..La ubicación muy buena, salias de la calle y te encontrabas la Catedral. Y tener parking aun hace que el apartamento sea perfecto, ya que al ser mas céntrico es mas complicado aparcar. Y sobre todo valorar al propietario que te ayuda en todo y está pendiente de ti durante toda las instancia

Cons: Por poner algo negativo, pasamos frio la primera noche, echamos de menos unas sabanas mas calentitas, aunque habia calefacción costo mucho calentar las habitaciones. Por lo demás todo perfecto

Wir hatten sehr schöne und entspannte Tage in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung und werden wiederkommen

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich bis ins Detail durchdacht. Sehr sauber, mit Kaffe Maschine samt Kaffee und Tee steht zur Verfügung.Zur gute Matratzen wir konnten super schlafen. In der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. Ebenso im Bad. Man sieht Diego der Besitzer hat sich Gedanken gemacht vor seiner Vermietung. Diego ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei jeder Frage und steht er sofort zur Verfügung. Es liegt ein sehr exakte Beschreibung für die Wohnung vor. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im historischen Zentrum und gegenüber befindet sich ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Piso comodísimo y elegante en una ubicación increíble

Pros: Nos sentimos como en casa. El apartamento estaba lleno de detalles que no se dan por sentado y que nos hicieron la vida mucho más fácil. El anfitrión fue absolutamente encantador, incluso en días festivos, con disponibilidad absoluta.

Genial estancia.

Pros: TODO. No le faltaba de nada. Genial ubicado, muy limpio, muy cómodo. Garaje. La casa tenía de todo, no le faltaba de nada. Estuvimos muy bien disfrutando de Jerez unos días. El propietario nos atendió genial, y nos mandó muchas recomendaciones.
