Great value apartment with parking.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment Well appointed Good lighting Comfort beds, good pillows Quiet at night 20 mins walk to Alcazar 2 bathrooms

Cons: Parking space is very tight. We were driving a hire car BMW M3 which is quite big and you need to be a better driver than I am to park easily and be able to open the doors. Shower temperature was difficult to control Kitchen has no oven only a microwave and two small electric rings. We managed to cook simple meals but it was a bit tricky.

Pros: Well, I'd give it 12/10 😀. The Landlord was there upon arrival to hand the keys and give instructions. He was patient as we changed the ETA a few times. He was very responsive at all times. The apartment was spacious, had 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms too. There was plenty of amenities to put the clothes and other stuff. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect if you want to see Jerez and drive around the country. The parking space was pretty wide, a larger car had no problem to fit. Plus, there was a shopping cart in the car park. It seemed like it was meant for use by the residents. How convenient! Complaints? Nothing comes to my mind.

Pros: The apartment is new and spacious. It is quiet and safe.

Cons: A bit far away from the theatre.

Beautiful apartment

Pros: Beautifully decorated, comfy beds and sofas. Parking was easy. Herman, who checked is in and out was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Short walk into the centre of Jerez.

Cons: Lack of cooking tools eg frying spatula.

Apartamento comodo y muy limpio

Pros: Estava muy limpio y tenia un còmodo Parquing, tuvimos un pequeno problema con la calefaccion y nos lo resolvieron rapidamente En los comentarios anteriores havia visto que no tenia horno, y tiene un fantàstico horno

Cons: En las duchas, era difícil graduar la temperatura del agua, o salia muy caliente o salia fria

Apartamento con muchas expectativas

Pros: La ubicación. Cerca del centro para ir a visitar las zambombas. Una zona con todo tipo de servicios, bares, tiendas, supermercado....

Cons: Aunque es un apartamento para 6 personas, el hecho de que sean dos habitaciones con cama doble te obliga a tener una relación entre los huéspedes muy íntima con la pega de que dos duermen en el salón cuando todos se vayan a la cama

Heel fijn verblijf gehad. in een schoon, ruim en modern appartement. Wij komen zeker terug.

Pros: Het appartement is ruim, modern ingericht en heel schoon.

Cons: De bedden. Deze zijn vrij hard en veren behoorlijk, wat je voelt als je de ander in bed draait.

Parfait, super propre et excellent accueil !

Pros: Appartement très propre. German nous a très bien accueillis et donner les bonnes informations.

Cons: Literies un peu fermes. Manque un grand saladier. Réglage de la climatisation un peu complexe. 2eme salle de bain un peu petite.

Fabuloso apartamento

Pros: Antes de escribir mi comentario, eché un vistazo a las fotos que muestran cómo es el apartamento y tuve la sensación de seguir alojados en él. Las imágenes muestran la realidad. Me gustó mucho la entrada al edificio, con su jardín interior y los sofás en los pasillos. Destaco la limpieza de la casa, la calidad de la lencería, el espacio con balcón al final de la cocina (muy útil para lavar a mano los bañadores), los ventanales, los cuadros y el cuarto de baño con ducha. Totalmente recomendable. Muchas gracias a Germán por la atención prestada.

Cons: No es un comentario negativo, sino constructivo porque tiene fácil solución. Los cubiertos y platos resultaban muy justos para cuatro personas. Dos servicios más sería lo ideal.

Pros: Todo, estaba todo limpio, las camas eran muy cómodas. Habia menaje para la cocina bastante completo.

Cons: El plato de ducha se escurre un poco cuando hay jabón y no hay extractor en los baños ya que son interiores.
