Lovely usesr friendly apartement

Pros: Excellent instructions with photo's via WhatsApp for key collection, very prompt responses always to any questions. Apartment very tastefully furnished and decorated, nice well equiped kitchen and the roof terrace is a fabulous spot to chill with a glass of wine. Instructions on where to park a very good assistance and not far to walk.

Cons: Communal entrance hall a little scruffy but that is difficult in all shared spaces and not off putting. Not the quietest place but it is impossible to control others peoples dogs barking!

Comfortable, clean, good value for money - ultra responsive and welcoming host. Recommended.

Pros: Our host was ultra responsive and helpfull. 5 star customer service. The appartment is comfortable, although it has some signs of usage. It was very clean and well equipped with all the usefull stuff like coffee machines (coffee provided), etc. You can find a free parking space within 200-300 meters from the appartment, so good option of you travel by car. The neighbourhood of the apparment - maybe not the nicest one, but we might be spoiled as we have found the whole Jarez to be a bit dirty and neglected.

Cons: Overall it was a good experience. Some small things in the appartment are not working so some handyman could spend some time there fixing them. I would suggest to: - add one,new and sharp knife in the kitchen - add more spoons, so everyone from the guest can have 1 for himself - make the lights in the apparment in a unified, warm colours - today some of the bulps are in this 'cold', bright white light

Fantastic stay a short walk from the centre of Jerez

Pros: The apartment was well equipped and decorated and had everything you could need. The private terrace was as described and was a lovely place to spend the morning or evening in the sun. Pili/Maria the host was wonderful and provided detailed instructions plus suggestions of what to do in the local area, with the main square in Jerez a ten minute walk away.

Cons: Although parking is free on the surrounding streets, it can be busy depending on what time of day. We never had a problem finding a space but it was often the last one. The walk up the fairly steep hill to central Jerez was perfectly fine during the day but at night there were some interesting characters on some of the streets and so we were glad we were in a group.

As predicted in the pictures

Pros: The terrace was a great experience. The apartment exceeded our expectations for the money paid. Whilst there's no parking onsite, street parking was easy enough and within 500m

Cons: It's not in the poshest part of Jerez but that wasn't an issue. Nothing else except to complain about other than we wished we'd stayed longer. Would I stay again, Yes I would without hesitation.

Great stay!

Pros: The apartment was great- and the host could not have been more helpful. The terrace was a lovely place to relax.

Cons: There was quite a hill to climb to get into the main area of Jerez!

Pros: The apartment was so comfortable and the terrace was perfect. Just a very short walk to lovely restaurants and bars.

Excellent accommodation with great roof terrace

Pros: Very modern, a lot of thought gone into making the apartment a great place to stop, art work, furniture etc reall top quality. The roof top terrace was a really good place to spend early morning and evening. If we ever came back to Jerez would stop here. Short walk into town and a local bar nearby where the locals were very friendly. Arrived by taxi from the train station so easy to find.

Pros: Excelente terraço, excelente colchão, tudo muito limpo e funcionários simpáticos e disponíveis. Zona calma e tranquila para descansar.

Cons: Localização. E zona envolvente muito suja. Para ir a algum lado tem de ser de carro porque não tem nada por perto

Pros: Todo muy bien. Muy cerca del centro. La propietaria muy amable. Volveremos.
