Incredible location. Excellent value. Perfect for our friends reunion.
Pros: Incredible location - right on the beach with access to restaurants and lovely walks. The property was gorgeous and fitted our group of 6 easily. The hosts gave us excellent instructions for access so it all went smoothly.
Cons: The smell of the sewage and drains is strong..but I think that is in the whole area.

Great location, amazing views, but flat could be better maintained
Pros: Very spacious apartment, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, balconies and terrace. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves.
Cons: The flat is a bit outdated , squeaky doors and issues with hot water, strong smell of sewer from one bathroom (which is an issue all over the region not only in this flat). There is quite a lot of potential for the flat.

Zeer goede locatie en ruim appartement waar je kan genieten van zee en strand.
Pros: Locatie is top. Zicht op zee. Zeer ruim alles voorzien. Parking is voorzien voor gasten. Restaurants en strand vlakbij.
Cons: Het weer. Beetje gedateerd. Zou hier en daar eens een opfrissing kunnen gebruiken. En hier en daar mag men wel eens in de hoekjes kuisen. Er is één badkamer waar WC voor het raam staat. En de douche niet voorzien is voor grote mensen. De andere waren wel OK.

Pros: Las vistas excepcionales, la casa es más grande de lo que parece en las fotos, y muy bonita, Irene fue muy amable pero lo mejor de todo es que cada dormitorio tiene su propio baño completo,
Cons: Hemos estado un finde de Diciembre y hacía frío, llovió mucho solo teníamos radiadores portátiles que tuvimos que dejar puestos todo el día para que la casa estuviera calentita. Una manta para las camas habría venido muy bien, 😊

Superfijn verblijf in een prachtig huis!
Pros: Práchtig huis, ingericht in brocante stijl.… je zou er maar mogen wonen :-). Ideale ligging aan het strand, prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk balkon, privé parkeerplaats op loopafstand. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door mw Irene, die ons een uur eerder in liet checken en de sleutels persoonlijk overhandigde. Ook via whatsapp fijn contact met de eigenaar Miguel. Superfijn verblijf gehad!
Cons: Twee trappen naar boven met zware koffers. Voor bejaarde mensen haast ondoenlijk (87-jarige vader). De vloer was niet schoon (stof) bij binnenkomst, maar dat kwam misschien door ons verzoek een uur eerder in te checken. Het weer (november) maakte dat we er helaas eerder weg moesten dan we wilden.

Pros: Die Lage ist top, viele Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe, sehr gute Küchenausstattung, wunderschöne Terasse, liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, Parkplatz neben der Unterkunft
Cons: Wasserdruck ist nur gut wenn einer duscht, sobald mehrere duschen ist der Wasserdruck nicht mehr gut

paradisiaque !
Pros: la vue imprenable sur la baie de cadix. la literie exceptionnelle la beauté de l appartement et de l immeuble en général. la possibilité de prendre des repas juste en bas de l appartement et aucune odeur de cuisine, ce qui est appréciable.
Cons: un peu compliqué pour activer les ventilateurs au plafond, heureusement nous étions en juin et la température était bonne.

Pros: Booking nos reubico porque habíamos tenido un problema con el alojamiento que teníamos reservado y puedo decir que todo pasa por algo, la ubicación excelente, el apartamento perfecto y los propietarios maravillosos, nos alegramos muchísimo de que nos cancelaran el piso que teníamos contrato y pudiéramos alojarnos aquí, las vistas al mar que tiene y los atardeceres se ven preciosos, una maravilla.
