Calidad precio y tranquilidad

Pros: Perfecta ubicación, tranquilidad, sin ruidos para dormir y descansar en pleno GP de jerez. A 10min de la playa y 15min de la zona de ambiente. Opciones baratas y buenas para desayunar y comer en los alrededores. Aparcamiento gratuito y con facilidad delante del apartamento. Mercadona y supermercados varios a 5min andando.

Cons: Lo único que no dispone de ascensor para gente mayor o con dificultad de movilidad no sería recomendable.
