Beautiful apartment, wonderful host!

Pros: Really a little jewel of an apartment and such a kind host! Very clean, comfortable bed, quality furniture and decoration, fast wifi, plus dog friendly. Every thought has been put into the apartment to make you feel at home - somehow it is much better than the photos though the photos are accurate. I really appreciated the sunny terrace and also the central heating/air conditioning. The view of the garden and pool is lovely and absolutely peaceful. Gated parking is a nice plus. I really love this area of Novo Sancti Petri: very quiet but with a car you are at the beach in less than 5 minutes and many,many sights within an easy drive to visit. I hope to return again!

Nice days in a very nice appartment, with a lot of value for the price

Pros: Very nice and well equipped appartment. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Excellent value for the price. We could even use Netflix on the TV which of course is nice for people like us who do not speak Spanish well enough to use the normal TV. Access to a very nice beach is just 5 min by car, and with easy parking. Cadiz and Jerez, and even Sevilla are not far away...

Pros: Estancia inmejorable, la zona es muy tranquila, el piso estaba impecable, completamente equipado y cerca de la playa, las camas son muy cómodas y el dueño el apartamento fue muy amable y atento, nos dio mucha información sobre servicios y lugares cercanos para visitar, repetiremos sin duda!

Pros: Estupendo apartamento en zona tranquila de Sancti Petri. Jose, su anfitrión, es servicial y amable. Se nota que disfruta dando un trato de 10. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario en menaje y detalles muy positivos como dos sillas de playa y sombrilla, palas de padel si se quiere jugar en la pista, cápsulas de café, etc. Los colchones son cómodos tirando a duros pero dormimos muy bien en ambas camas. Urbanización cerrada con piscina y plaza de parking, lo que es muy cómodo. Hay mosquiteras en todas las ventanas y aire acondicionado/calefacción por conductos. En la tele pudimos ver capítulos de las series que seguimos gracias a que había cuenta en Netflix o Movistar ya logueada.

Cons: Nos gustó todo, no se le puede poner una pega al apartamento ni a la estancia. Solo hay que tener cuidado con las hormiguitas, que como dejes algo de dulce en un paquete en la cocina, aparecen de la nada, dado que la zona está rodeada de vegetación.
