Good value

Pros: Good location, 1 parking spot reserved for the apartment. Kitchen very well equipped. Great balcony. Good size apartment. Pool in summer and Padel court included. Carmen is an extraordinary host: helpful knowledgeable and caring, she was fantastic!

Cons: Tiny things to improve: Pillows were too flat for our like. Maybe more cleaning products available would be great. And offering beach/pool towels would have been excellent.

Pros: Ruim en modern appartement. Super vlotte communicatie. Inchecken kon beter. Waarom lijkt het een probleem tussen 13u en 17u ????

Eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung im einer gepflegten, abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage.

Pros: Schöne Wohnung in einer Anlage, die im März sehr ruhig und sauber war. Gute Lage, ruhige Straße, zu Fuß zum Strand oder zum Einkaufen in kleinen Geschäften braucht es 10 Minuten. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen um die Umgebung zu erkunden (einen Besuch wert sind die Städte Sevilla, Jerez, Cadiz, Tarifa, Conil, Sanlucar de Barrameda, auch Gibraltar ist als Tagesausflug gut machbar) und für den Großeinkauf im nächsten Mercadona (ca 4 km). Ein kostenloser, reservierter Parkplatz steht auf dem Grundstück für jede Wohneinheit zur Verfügung. Im Sommer ist der Pool nutzbar. Der Strand ist sehr breit und weitläufig. Man kann weit am Meer entlang laufen. Eine schöne Promenade mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Cafés lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Cons: Die beiden Schlafräume sind recht klein. Das führt dazu, dass das Doppelbett in dem einen SZ sehr schmal ist. Der Esstisch ist eher nur für 3 Personen nutzbar, wenn er nicht im Weg stehen soll.

Repetir, Chiclana, Sol, Maracaibo...!

Pros: La ubicación es excelente, con aparcamiento te olvidas del coche. La playa muy cerca. El apartamento tiene de todo, menaje abundante, cafetera, supersecador de pelo, lavadora, artículos para la terraza,....en fin...cómodo, limpio, tranquilo y nuevo. No nos faltó detalle. Nos atendieron súper bien, atentos a nuestra llegada y necesidades, además nos aportó mucha información del entorno y comunicaciones a otros sitios. Y si tienes cualquier duda o pregunta están dispuestos a aportar para que la estancia sea inolvidable. Repetiremos seguro, pronto espero!

Cons: Aunque el precio es bueno.....lo suyo es proponer que además sea aún más económico 😉
