Pros: Die Rundumaussicht auf der privaten Terrasse, Morgenkaffee auf der Terrasse zum Sonnenaufgang. Ausstattung. Zentrale Lage bei Markt, und trotzdem meistens ruhig. Jede Menge Lokale, Restaurants und Kaffees in der Gegend. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof.

Cons: Info, ist jetzt nicht abwertend gemeint: Apartment im 4. Stock eines Altbaus ohne Aufzug. Stufen der Treppe sind schon ziemlich abgetreten. Wohnnung daher eher etwas für jüngere und fitte Personen mit weniger Gepäck.

Pros: De ruimte in het appartement, het dakterras met uitzicht op Cadiz en de locatie. Het is een oud gebouw, heel leuk en sfeervol. Restaurants en winkels direct buiten de deur.

Cons: Parkeren in Cadiz is af en toe lastig en is niet goedkoop. Het appartement ligt op de 4de verdieping zonder lift. Dat is wel een belasting af en toe, zeker met koffers.
