Pros: El apartamento de 10, todo limpio acogedor y con todo lo necesario para estar cómodo.

Cons: Las calles al ser tan estrechas y pasar coches se hace un poco difícil caminar ya que tienes que estar subiendo y bajando constantemente la acera

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhigem Viertel der Altstadt nicht weit vom Zentrum.

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in der Altstadt, nähe Plaza San Antonio. Alles zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. War alles vorhanden. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons: Für uns war alles bestens. Die Klimaanlage benutzten wir zur Heizung. War etwas kühler als wir in Mitteleuropa im Winter gewöhnt sind. Ist vielleicht auch gesünder.....

Wirklich sehr schönes Apartment

Pros: Hervorragende Lage, SEHR gute Ausstattung des Apartments, freundliche Mitarbeiter und gute Kommunikation. Alles neu und sauber, sogar Stühle und Sonnenschirm für den Strand, sowie Regenschirm. Innenhof, daher im Großen und Ganzen sehr ruhig. Wären nicht die Punkte unten, hätte es eine 10 gegeben.

Cons: Die Wohnung liegt nach Norden, das hat den Vorteil, dass sie sich nicht so aufheizt, ist aber dadurch nicht so hell. Wer Wert auf schönen Ausblick legt wird enttäuscht, allerdings stehen die Häuser sehr eng in der Altstadt da wird es eh schwierig mit dem Ausblick. Was wir vermisst haben war ein Balkon für einen kleinen Drink etc. Nächstes mal gerne wieder mit Cadiz4rental, dann näher am Strand, da die Strandliege 9,50 am Tag kostet ist es ratsam die Stühle mitzunehmen.

Top appartement op een toplocatie!

Pros: Het appartement is heel centraal gelegen, maar tegelijkertijd ook weg van alle lawaai van buiten. Daarnaast schijnt de zon niet volop in het appartement waardoor het niet altijd nodig is om de airco te gebruiken. Supermarkten zijn genoeg in de buurt. Lopen naar La Caleta strand duurt max 10 minuten. Kortom, het appartement is zeker aan te raden!
