Catedral VIEW Apartment by Cadiz4Rentals

Cádiz is a beautiful city.

Pros: Property was in a great location between Cathedral square and Town square with plenty of bars and restaurants. Apartment had good facilities and was well laid out. We were able to walk everywhere.

Cons: The property was advertised as ‘Interior ‘(build between two ‘Exterior ‘properties )This means no fresh air or daylight. It did not bother us too much as we didn’t spend too much time in the apartment. The private terrace could have been cleaner. The rugs are a trip hazard ,Sun loungers have been replaced with plastic chairs and parasol doesn’t work. Terrace is not attached to property but is accessed by the lift.

Pros: Spacious and well equipped apartment in very central location. Good air con in all rooms. Bed comfortable. Plenty of towels. Good water pressure in shower. Private roof terrace on floor above, accessed via stairs/lift.

Cons: No fresh air available in the flat as all windows open to internal spaces. Rather misleading to make so much of the cathedral view without mentioning the lack of light/air/view in the actual apartment. Windows in second bedroom and main living space look straight into close neighbour's window so we kept the (rather gloomy green) curtains closed for privacy. Had expected to use the terrace for meals (there's a BBQ and table/chairs), but that would mean taking food, drinks, crockery, etc up in the lift (in bags?????) Rather odd. Needs to be much clearer in the property description.

Exceptional stay

Pros: Everything - The apartment itself, the terrace, the location. The staff at Cadiz4Rentals were exceptionally helpful - nothing was too much trouble.

Cons: The entrance needed a building number on the door way.

Pros: Ubicación inmejorable, el piso muy limpio y bonito, para 4 personas ideal, ya que estoy acostumbrada a que cuando viajamos 4 suelen ser pisos de un dormitorio y sofá cama y aquí teníamos todos cama. Piso con ascensor, terraza privada, el baño muy bien también.

Cons: Las ventanas dan todas a patio interior o zona de escaleras, pero como tiene aire acondicionado tampoco pasa nada. Ver no ves absolutamente nada, pero para unos días de vacaciones tampoco me parece súper importante

Muy limpio y céntrico

Pros: Ubicación perfecta y la comodidad del ascensor. El trato del personal fue estupendo y se agredece que las fotos y la descripcion coincidan con el espacio

Kom graag terug

Pros: Prachtig, ruim, modern, schoon appartement met fantastisch dakterras. Middenin het bruisende oude centrum en toch rustig.

Cons: ligstoelen en parasol waren stuk.

Pros: La situación del apartamento, al lado de la catedral

Cons: Que no tenía vistas ningunas, y no entraba el aire exterior. Me resultó un poco agobiante.

Pros: Estuvo todo genial, el apartamento chulisimo y muy limpio. La terraza privada genial. Súper bien situado, totalmente recomendable

Pros: La Ubicación es perfecta, al lado de la catedral. El apartamento muy limpio y cómodo para 4 personas.

Cons: Nada

Pros: Lo amplio y limpio que está todo y la buena ubicación

Cons: La terraza no sale directamente del piso sino que está aparte en la planta superior
