Pros: Great location. Very close to bars and restaurants (one less than 20 metres from the property). Key less entry to property with automatic security locking of front door once inside. When we experienced a water ingress problem through the bathroom ceiling from apartment above, we were immediately offered alternative accommodation (which we chose to decline). Very modern apartment, very user friendly.

Cons: Nothing.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful city

Pros: The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere. Close to restaurants and bars, the apartment was in a quaint street in the old town. The apartment was well equipped, everything you need for a great stay

A good choice for any length stay in Cadiz!

Pros: Great choice overall. Ground floor, easy access from the street, the location in Cadiz old town is excellent. It's close to everything, yet fairly quiet most times. One note: there is a bar across from the building that can get a little loud and smoky, but just closing the window during those times does the trick. The bed is quite comfortable (which is REALLY important for me). The apartment is well-furnished and well-equipped, especially the kitchen (although a mocha pot would be a great addition! ;) ). Everything's pretty new, too.

Cons: The only real issue I had was with insects/bugs that seemed to constantly get into the apartment. It was strange because there's only one window at street level and it's screened. I did tell the host about it so they can figure out how they are getting inside because there has to be a simple solution. Other than that, I had no other problems and can still recommend staying there.

Comfortable studio with helpful host

Pros: The host was very welcoming and the check-in process was smooth and efficient, they even helped us with parking our car. The studio was very spacious and nicely decorated, good kitchen and really great coffee pods! The wifi was 10/10 which was important to us and I could make work calls. Location was also very good, close to all the sights and lots of restaurants within only 5 mins walking. The host gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and thanks to him we ate really well in Cadiz!

Cons: Lots of noise from the restaurant across the street which quieted down only after midnight. Bad smell in the bathroom (I think from the sewers) and lots of moisture so nothing dried properly.
