Apartment with amazing view
Pros: Location amazing. Right on the beach. Views and sunset from balcony are great. Owners are super friendly, any questions answered immediately. Will definitely be back

Pros: The view from the apartment is stunning. The Location directly at the endless and beautiful Playa de la Victoria. From the balcony you enjoy the sunset. Many restaurants nearby. The garage was free of charge. The Host was very nice and helpful.
Cons: The apartment and the building are a bit outdated. The garage is narrow for bigger cars. The bed is quite small (1.40m)

Pros: Gdybyśmy oceniali sam widok, dalibyśmy 100 punktów - cudowna panorama na ocean, położenie w pierwszej linii na promenadzie (poza sezonem jest spokojnie). W pobliżu jest dużo barów i restauracji, na dole sklep spożywczy. Parking w podziemiu, ale miejsce dość ciasne, dla samochodów nie większych niż np. VW Golf. Właściciel przesłał bardzo dobre, czytelne informacje jak dostać się do mieszkania i wjechać do garażu.
Cons: Kilka spraw wymaga naprawy - w salonie nie domykają się szczelnie drzwi tarasowe, roleta zewnętrzna ma zepsuty sznurek, uchwyt na ręczniki w łazience jest oberwany, deska klozetowa obluzowana. Do wanny wchodzi się po schodkach, więc jesli ktoś ma problemy ruchowe, może to być trudne. Nie ma rownież uchywytu przy wannie. W sypialni nie ma lampek nocnych do czytania. W apartamencie nie smart tv ani możliwości odtwarzania muzyki. Przydałby się również dodatkowy koc.

Pros: Очень хорошие, чистые, удобные и комфортные апартаменты с шикарным видом. Уютно, есть вся посуда на кухне, стул и зонтик для пляжа. Хозяин очень порядочный и ответственный, на все проблемы реагирует быстро. Спасибо за чудесный отдых.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Cadiz verbracht.
Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Direkt am Strand und der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Alles was man braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. In jedem Fall empfehlenswert. Danke an den Gastgeber.

Pros: You are buying the view here. The view is indeed amazing and will make you forgive anything else. Excellent location, awesome distance from the beach, plenty of places to eat out, and generally well maintained facilities. Owner communicates well.
Cons: The bed. 140cm should be upgraded to 180cm for two adults. The parking spot you will only be able to take advantage if you come with a small car, otherwise you won't fit. That's about it though, with a slight investment this is a perfect apartment.

Pros: A localização e a vista fantástica! A preparação da chegada foi espetacular graças ao cuidado dos proprietários que até vídeos disponibilizaram para percebermos como fazer tudo de modo autónomo.
Cons: A ITZAR, proprietária, deu sempre pronta resposta aos nossos pedidos e sugestões, pelo que tudo correu bem. Arrumar o carro na garagem é um desafio, mas com paciência e jeito consegue-se. E a garagem é muito importante porque no exterior os lugares estão todos reservados para moradores e comércio.

Pros: Ubicación excelente, buen tamaño del apartamento, cama cómoda, mucha luz, aire acondicionado, balcón , parada de autobús y supermercado cercanos, menaje necesario para la estancia, muy limpio todo también la amabilidad de la dueña. Muy cómodo todo
Cons: A pesar de agradecer el garage es muy difícil maniobrar , está super estrecho.

Pros: 1e lijn comfortabel appartement op 5e etage met fantastisch zeezicht. Het appartement ligt 4 kilometer buiten oude centrum. Het appartement heeft eigen privé plek in garage onder appartement. Taxi naar centrum slechts € 7,-
Cons: Ontvangst is op afstand. Sleutels liggen in appartement klaar en moeten worden opgehaald door middel van app. Met deze app kun je de deur openen. Parkeerplek in garage alleen geschikt voor auto's kleiner dan 4.60 meter, anders zeker geen gebruik van maken!

Pros: Las vistas de la casa y la casera, ella es un sol y me ayudó muchísimo con todo. En la casa entra mucha luz y es muy bonita! Me encantó!
Cons: El parking, súper estrecho y para meter y sacar el coche fue una odisea. Le arañe en una de las columnas. El aire acondicionado no iba bien.
