Beautiful, cozy, elegant, and well located apartment.

Pros: The architectural design of the apt is very modern and beautiful, the conform in it is a given. The room is very well located to get to bus and train terminals, and very close to the beach, ocean view and downtown area. The welcoming staff was outstanding, friendly and ready to help.

Cons: Steps can be heard from the upstairs floor.

Pros: Location was great, we loved that we were close to a peña flamenca and a short walk from El Pópulo. Bed was comfy, and we were able to control the AC unit—it was working great. The apartment was spacious

Cons: The pillows were a bit tough if you have neck issues, though. Quality could improve.

Ubicacion excelente. Cama muy comoda

Pros: Ubicacion. Cerca de la zona de restaurantes de la plaza del ayuntamiento. Cerca de la playa de Santa Maria y cerca de la estacion de tren

Cons: Este apartamento en concreto da a un patio interior y es poco luminoso aunque dentro del complejo hay otros que si dan al exterior y deben ser mas luminosos. Como desahogo tienes una azotea comunitaria con unas vistas muy agradables

Een super appartement, echte aanrader!

Pros: Het was een zeer volledig appartement, schoon en moderne inrichting. Heerlijke douche en goede bedden. De keuken was proper en volledig met vaatwasser, wasmachine, kookplaat en oven. Het contact met eigenaar verliep steeds vlot en prettig. Het is goed gelegen om het oude centrum te bezoeken.
