Very comfortable apartment in the centre of Cadiz close to beach and boulevard.

Pros: Very comfortable and spacious apartment where we felt like home. The bed were comfortable and everything was clean. Two sets of keys is very nice too. For us, also the proximity to the beach and boulevard (with a beautiful sunset) and two playgrounds (one next to the castilla and the favourite one in pretty Parque Genoves) was perfect. Therefore, we were too busy and did not use Netflix :)

Cons: Not a problem but good to know: some people withc heavy suitcases it might be a problem that there is no elevator. Also the parking of a car in Cadiz city is a bit expensive: we paid 14 euros per 24 h parking at castillo S Catalina.

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta para conocer Cádiz, apartamento confortable con todo lo necesario para estar cómodamente unos días. Limpio ordenado y confortable.

Pros: 3-Zimmer große Wohnung, sehr gut gelegen, leider alle Fenster immer zum Innenhof ( wie im Brunnen), es gibt keinen Balkon. 2 Minuten bis zum Playa de La Caleta, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Markt (lecker Fisch, usw) Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut, persönliche Schlüsselübergabe. Der Pepe, der dann kommt, spricht ausschließlich Spanisch.

Cons: Es war nicht ganz sauber, viele Haare im Zimmern, auch im Bett, von vorigen Gästen.

Fantástico! Expectativas superadas con creces!

Pros: Excelente servicio y ubicación inmejorable. Muy agradecidos con el trato y con todas las facilidades que dan en el piso (desde toallas hasta sombrillas de playa). Sin duda, superó nuestras expectativas.

Cons: El aire acondicionado de la habitación era nuevo y funcionaba perfectamente, pero a veces desprendía un olor un poco desagradable.

Pros: Muy buena ubicación y el piso tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy agradables.

Cons: Se regula bastante mal el agua caliente de la ducha

Pros: Localização ótima. Próximo de tudo o que vc precisa pra conhecer tudo a pé. Caminhar por Cadiz é delicioso. O apartamento é delicioso. Limpeza impecável, tem de tudo. Qdo voltar a Cadiz ficarei ali. Eva é atenciosa e pronta a atender qualquer dificuldade. Só temos a agradecer.

Cons: O apartamento é no terceiro andar, sabia disso e tem na descrição, então apenas atenção aos viajantes com malas pesadas. Pra nós que estávamos em duas pessoas não foi problema, mas é bom ficar atento a esse detalhe. Não vejo como ponto negativo, mas como lembrete de atenção para prevenir as pessoas.
