Pros: Perfect location, stunning view from balcony and free car park!

Pros: The location is perfect for a visit to Cadiz. It's a walk of only 2 km to the old centre and mostly along the nice walkway next to the beach. The apartment is located in a brand new building. It is small but has everything you need. We were happy with the parking spot in the garage right next to the elevator. The host was very helpful with any questions.

Cons: There was quite some noise from construction vehicles (beeping continously) right in front of the building. We were out most of the day so it only bothered us in the morning. The balcony was smaller than expected from the photos.

A great accomodation while visiting Cadiz!

Pros: Great location! A short walk to Old Town on the boardwalk, beach 2 minutes away, lots of restaurants and cafes near by. We highly recommend this accomodation when planning a visit to Cadiz.

Pros: The flat is very modern, of a very good size and in a very good location. It is very well equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils. The underground parking is a great asset. On the whole very good. Sandra, one of the team at the agency was very helpful.

Cons: On the whole, the apartment was clean, except for the floor, which in my opinion wasn't washed before we entered. What we didn't like is the fact that except for a broom, a mop, a bucket and a broken vacuum cleaner, there weren't anything else to clean with during our 15 days stay at the apartment! I expect the cleaner to leave the detergents with which she cleans so that one can clean the toilet, shower etc...we only found a very small welcome pack in the kitchen with a capsule for the dishwasher, 20ml of dishwashing liquid and a sponge. When I asked about cleansing products at the agency, the girl who was on duty ( Not Sandra) told me that since we were staying for 15 days, we had to buy our own products!! We stayed in various flats before and even during this holiday and there were always cleansing products to keep the apartment as clean as possible! What do they expect....buying bottles and packets of detergents and leave them more than half full? It is impossible to carry these when travelling! They should supply them and be left there from one guest to another. Another ridiculous thing is the ironing board which is like a toy and a very dirty steam iron which was impossible to use with steam because it will eject black water stains! The vacuum was broken down and a technician was sent even though it was a Sunday, but it was taken for repair and wasn't returned during the next 12 days of our stay! There was no change of linen or towels during the whole 15 days. I only managed because since the flat is for 4 persons, there was a set of sheets for the sofabed and I could change them after a week. Same with towels, I had to wash every other day. Clothes should be hung on the roof...agree, nothing wrong with that, but how on earth is one supposed to carry towels and sheets to the roof in an 30cm X 30cm wash hand basin!!?? Are guests supposed to provide that too during a 15 day stay!!??

Vacaciones

Pros: Buena ubicación, acogedor y limpio, buenas vistas, las gestiones con la agencia muy bien, facilidades para la entrada . Muy amables.

Pros: Le logement était très bien et face à la mer. Parfait pour quelques jours.

Cons: L arrivée un peu compliquée en autonomie. Heureusement quelqu un nous a ouvert la porte du bas car le code ne fonctionnait pas. Ensuite pas de soucis pour la porte de l' appartement. La clé de sécurité nous a servis tous les jours par la suite

Pros: Die komfortable Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit, der zur Wohnung gehörende Tiefgaragenparkplatz, die zuvorkommende und kompetente Kommunikation mit dem Housekeeping, der wunderschöne Blick auf‘s Meer! Wir sind entgegen der Planung bei Buchung nur zu zweit, ohne Kinder, angereist. Für einen längeren Familienurlaub zu viert könnte es vielleicht etwas eng werden, für einen Wochenend-Städtetrip ist die Wohnung aber auch für vier ausreichend geräumig. Wir haben zu zweit dort 12 wunderschöne Tage verbracht! 🤩👍

Pros: Très bel appartement Jolie déco bien équipé Magnifique couché de soleil.

Cons: Résidence en travaux extension d'immeubles de ce fait très très poussiéreux. Alors la photo vue sur mer trés bien faite mais avant la mer il y a un ancien cimetière. Très très petit balcon en triangle. Cher payé pour 2 nuits

A pie de playa pero había que obviar la valla del Campo Santo .

Pros: Me gustó que la plaza de Parking estaba en muy buena ubicación y el alojamiento estaba limpio u bien equipado.

Cons: El balcón muy escaso aunque bien aprovechado . Las vistas del mar un poco desvirtuadas por el cementerio del S.XVIII que había justo delante .
