Great choice
Pros: 2 blocks from the beach. Markets and restaurants nearby. Nice host. Very clean flat. Washing machine, equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, great AC in the rooms. Almost perfect, except for the noisy bed.

Pros: I liked the accommodation, its location, its size, the parking garage. It was very comfortable for 4 people.
Cons: The bed frame under the thick mattress of the French bed is weak, it creaks loudly with every movement, so we didn't sleep well the first night. Then in the morning we took the frame out from under it and slept with the mattress on the floor, so it was comfortable. We recommend the owner to purchase a more solid bed frame.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and in a good location for exploring the city. The communication was good and the staff very helpful. There was free parking.
Cons: The garage was underground and we had a large hire car. We found it difficult to manouver.

Pros: Muy bien,la ubicacion,al menos para mi,perfecta,fuera del casco historico pero a 15 minutos paseando,el parking en el mismo edificio y buen acceso es un valor añadido.El apartamento muy amplio y comodo,es cierto que le faltaria una pequeña reforma y electrodomesticos nuevos,pero los que hay cumplen su mision.Buena limpieza y muy buena comunicacion con los anfitriones,entrega de llaves en mano,cosa de agradecer.Buena relacion calidad precio, volveriamos.
Cons: Lo antes mencionado,electrodomesticos antiguos y algun deterioro puntual subsanable.

Pros: Parking, ubicación porque es buena zona, los propietarios son buenos anfitriones.
Cons: Electrodomesticos deteriorados, (lavavajillas y frigorífico) hacen su función, pero deberían actualizarlos. Almohadas muy altas.

Un buen lugar para desconectar y pasear.
Pros: Muy cerca de la playa de Santa Maria y a un paseo del centro y muy cerca de los supermercados. Gracias a los aire acondicionado de las habitaciones y la zona que es tranquila se duerme muy bien.
Cons: Los colchones son cómodos pero la base necesita un cambio, sobretodo la del dormitorio principal que a poco que te muevas chirría y despiertas a quien tengas al lado. La cuerda de la persiana del dormitorio principal necesita un cambio. Tampoco vendría mal un ventilador en el salón. He echado de menos en la cocina una batidora
