Large and comfortable

Pros: Excellent location, in the middle of the old city, within a short walk of the market and a Carrefour supermarket. The apartment has all you need and is furnished in a modern and comfortable way. Clean.

Cons: The entry system is via a link sent and you have to use your phone to unlock the door.

Pros: Comfortable beds, we'll equipped kitchen. We stayed in Cadiz during the storm and it was very nice to have heat in the apartment.

Pros: The location of the apartment could not be better a short walk to the attractions like the Cathedral Square. However it was really quiet at night. The apartment was quite large and would accommodate four people easily. It was well furnished, very modern and comfortable, especially the beds. The linens were of very good quality and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was the best we have ever had in a rental apartment every thing you could need was there including some quality stemwear. Lovely to have a dishwasher and washing machine with a built in tumble dryer. The bathroom was well equipped too, plenty of hot water and the shower was so powerful we didn't use it at full force as it was so strong. An absolute gem and would stay again.

Cons: Very little to dislike. When we arrived although we had followed the instructions we had been sent we could not get the front door of the building to open. The staff did respond to our phone call very quickly and gave us a key. The door to the apartment is activated by an electronic lock which you work on your phone. We did wonder what would happen if there was a power failure or if our phones ran out of power. The only other thing was that you don't flush toilet paper, not a problem but we only had one toilet bin liner, for a 5 day stay we did need more and had to buy them as it was getting smelly. Leaving your guests more bin liners would be welcome. Finally a bigger rail to hang towels would be good as a squash if there are 4 people and only a small rail to dry them on.

Pros: A well located, well presented apartment in Cadiz. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance from the train station (excellent services locally and nationally within Spain).

Pros: The apartment is in a really central location & is nice & quiet & clean. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Cadiz.

Pros: Lovely appartment with 2 bedrooms located on first Floor. Really good beds, we slept like babies. Great location also, right in the city center! App for the door opening worked fine. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons: There was a bit of a sink smell when we opened the window in de bathroom of in the small bedroom. So we kept that closed and opened the window in the other rooms to get some fresh air.

Cons: I didn't like the app thing to open the door. Once I couldn't open the door and waited for more than 30 mintues to enter as someone from the company had to come and open the door with a key. what if someone's phone runs out of battery? I think there should be a normal key to enter.... the idea with the app is not convenient at all.. :( The apartment didn't have enough cleaning supplies... There was not enough toilet paper... no kitchen paper

Really nice clean apartment in a great location.

Pros: The apartment was modern, well equipped and very clean- one of the cleanest apartments that I have stayed in. The location is great for walking to the train station and cathedral, and is about the same distance from two great beaches which are both about a 15 minute walk! Cadiz itself is a great place to visit, and cooler than the cities inland. The rental company communicated with us via Whattsapp and were very responsive.

Cons: Check in was a bit confusing as there was an online system for unlocking the door, this worked fine but the main front door to the building wasn't connected to it though the information received beforehand implied that it was. I needed to ring the office, who were really helpful but as I don't speak Spanish well it was a bit challenging! Then after that we had a key for the main door. I couldn't fault the apartment itself.
