Superb stay in Cadiz which we really enjoyed.

Pros: The most fabulous thing throughout our stay in Cadiz was the balcony and sea view. The sunset was extraordinary to watch from the balcony. Also, the location of apartment was very good. All necessary amenities was very close...in walking distance. We did find it excellent to stay there and not in the old town. Very good choice by us. Definitely, we would love to come back there again.

Cons: We had to rely on smart system opening which let us down due mobile phone internet crashed. Despite of not pleasant moment on our vacation, we managed to call agency provider and they did open our apartment remotely. However, I still think its easier and better to have physical key / key safe with a code rather then rely on smart phone opening. In the event of Blackout there will not be any solution for such situation and you will end up on the street. Perhaps, I am from old school, but I do prefer and like it the old way.

Pros: The location is very good, the view is excellent, the kitchen equipment is sufficient for a short stay (I cannot comment on long-term stays). As the time approaches the host writes detailed instructions for entering the house etc. and they respond quickly to questions. The towels and sheets were clean and smelled nice.

Cons: I suggest that the person or company cleaning the house be warned. The floors were swept but we thought they were not mopped. There was dust on the items. The refrigerator door was sticky.

good place to use beach, not worth to stay if you will wisit historical center since parking is expensive than city cent

Pros: Side by the beach, good apartment very big 3 bedroom and a living room with 2 bathrooms, good for crowded families.

Cons: We checked in late, web link for main building gate did not worked, have to make international call to call center to fix. Near by parking area charged 20eu/day, need to drive around to find road parking, in the center of Cadiz parking places are 11-16eu/24hr

Better to stay on the beach than in central Cadiz

Pros: Great location allowing you to enjoy the beach and some excellent restaurants along the seafront. We swam and walked along the beach morning and evening, enjoyed El Delfin Azul for great food just below the apartment and Cadiz centre is just a couple of Km away. Parking is available in a very safe and accessible car park one block back and across the main road. There is a supermarket on the doorstep, also just one block away. We were on a road trip in Andalusia and having a couple of days on the beach was great - Cadiz is a nice city but so much better to stay outside and enjoy the seaside than be in a city apartment. Bus, cab or car to town is easy. Very spacious - 2 bathrooms and a balcony big enough to sit out for breakfast. Decor a bit dated, but who cares - location and facilities are great.

Cons: So many emails for booking, ID, deposit, online entry key/app was a bit of a faff. However the agency are very helpful and friendly if needed.

Appartamento perfetto

Pros: Posizione perfetta! Appartamento pulito e comodo. Vista eccezionale

Pros: La ubicación,piso amplio y zona de bares , playa todo muy cerca.

Cons: La cerradura de la puerta fallaba mucho

Pros: Estaba bien cosas un poco anticuadas como mobiliario y un radio/casete y un DVD con películas de más de 30 años

Cons: No estaba bien limpio los muebles del salón sobre todo estaban llenos de polvo

Pros: Excelente localização, a área da casa muito boa. A vista para a praia excepcional. Supermercado muito Perto assim como restaurantes.

Cons: Algumas coisas não estavam funcionais , como um dos chuveiros que deitava agora para fora , a toalha de mesa encontrava-se na gaveta suja. A roupa de cama que se encontrava no armário parecia estar meio usada. O estendal tinha imensa ferrugem e estragou uns calções de banho.

Pros: Le bon accueil, la proximité de la ville et de la mer.

Pros: El alojamiento es tal y como sale en las fotos, espacioso, habitaciones amplias, todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en unas de las mejores zonas de Cádiz, buena combinación con los autobuses para llegar al centro, la terraza con unas vistas impresionantes donde poder ver los mejores atardeceres de la zona. El personal de 10 gran servicio y atentos en todo momento, Alejandro y Jose atentos en todo momento, gran personal. Sin duda volveré.

Cons: No puedo poner nada negativo, por qué mi estancia fue maravillosa.
