Excellent flat, well equipped in central Cadiz

Pros: Central and quiet at the back of the building away from the noise of the street. Excellent WiFi

Cons: In February it felt cold

Pros: Great location in the centre of the old town. Decent size rooms and everything needed supplied. Aircon worked well, although being January used it to heat the apartment rather than cool it.

Cons: The shower is not the most powerful. Lack of natural light in the bedroom is a drawback, again in the winter it's considerably darker. I the summer lack of windows will help to keep the place cool.

Fantastic centrally located apartment.

Pros: Centrally located on a pedestrianised street, very quiet, silent in fact, given its central location. Location means taxi drop off is 5 minute walk to apartment. Very well appointed, air conditioning, fly screens on all windows. Well equipped kitchen which even includes a washing machine. Decor pleasing to the eye and well maintained. Small external private courtyard with seating. Extremely fast and reliable internet. Close to all major attractions.

Cons: Nothing! However, if you crave natural light apartment is quite dark without the lights on. Not an issue for us though.

A gem in Cadiz

Pros: In a great neighbourhood with great food options nearby, short walk to beach & other attractions. We were in the apartment (ground floor) for 3 nights and it was spacious, well laid out and comfortable with separate bedroom from the dining and lounge area. Kitchen was well stocked, kettle and coffee machine ( tea bags & coffee pods provided) washing machine and an outdoor patio. The area was quiet at night even with the many bars nearby. Shower was excellent with plenty of towels provided. Contact with Reyes was excellent. There was plenty of information provided at the apartment. This was an excellent find and a real little gem. It’s a pity we couldn’t book it for a few more nights.

Pros: Brilliant apartment. Quite and had everything I needed. Kitchen great and little electric oven perfect for small meals. Had oil, vinegar, salt, tea coffee & cleaning materials. Also had washing machine liquid and drying line outside. Bed really comfortable. TV great with Netflix account. Very happy and felt safe here as I was on my own 😊

Good stay

Pros: -good location -inside the apartment is everything you need -good value for money -overall a very good stay, could stay again

Cons: -since all the windows open to an inside patio, it was a bit dark and not so much natural light -sofa bed not so comfy -acces to the bathroom is through the bedroom, so if you are traveling with a group, its not so comfortable since you always have to bother the people who are sleeping in the bedroom

Great place to stay - in the old town & not far from the sea...

Pros: Apartment itself was lovely. It was quiet at night, so good for sleeping & very central to the old town. It was very well equipped with everything you needed for self catering - including a few of the large coffee capsules for the machine. Mariluz also provided a comprehensive folder of information to the restaurants which was very useful. As was the option to use the private parking, which was nearby and very secure - so worth the €18 per night. Mariluz was very friendly and very accommodating of our changing plans ... A great place to stay, would happily stay there again..

Cons: Just one small thing which caught us out a bit - was that Mariluz sent us instructions for the keys and codes etc which was fine, but they don't quite make sense until you see the photos, which arrived separately - so watch out for the photos.

Pros: The central location close to beach and market. A great area for restaurants.

Pros: Mariluz was very helpful she met us at the parking and took us to the apartment. She suggested some good restaurants close to the apartment. The apartment was lovley perfect location for discovering cadiz.

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Wonderful, modern, comfortable apartment in the old part of Cadiz for a couple and dog (if you have one)!

Pros: An excellent short stay in the historic centre of Cadiz in a beautifully organised, very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. The apartment is newly decorated and Mariluz has thought of providing everything you should need. Even two dog bowls for our dog! Perfect for a couple. She is very helpful with information of the area and met us at the garage to park our car which costs 18euros per day. Slightly pricy but none the less, convenient. I also recommend doing a walking tour of the historic quarters if it’s your first visit.
