Super comfortable, well appointed studio flat in great location

Pros: Excellent location; spacious studio flat with lovely roof terrace; super clean and well fitted; great communications with the host.

Fabulous apartment with everything you could possibly need

Pros: This apartment is absolutely wonderful. Great to have a little outside area to eat breakfast. The quality of the fittings is superb and it smells wonderful. Well placed for walking around Cádiz

Cons: The lift is from the 1st floor so you need to carry your luggage up several steps. The apartment is not named outside so you just have to look for number 1 above the wooden door. The Google photo of the property is incorrect.

Pros: Nice apartment well equipped, you get best support from local rent agency, apt. is best located in city centre so you can reach easy and quick the seaside, train station ect.

Anniversary trip

Pros: Good communication with rapid response from owner. Apartment was excellent . Easily accessed by a lift from the first floor, one short flight of stairs needed to access lift. Spotlessly clean and exactly as advertised. Fantastic location in the old town with easy walkable access to the site's, cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Although appartment was central it was quiet when sitting on the terrace Parking is off-site in an underground carpark, easily paid for on an app and about 10minute walk from apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Pros: It was super clean! Very good airco and big big terrace! Kitchen is perfect and a good shower. Also the bed is big enough!

Pros: Location is super! Building is nice. Paid Parking closeby possible. The (roof) terrace is great to have an outside. The apartment is small but has everything you need for a city trip. Communication with host was perfect, she always replied really fast.

Perfect little apartment in a perfect location

Pros: Gorgeous little apartment right in the middle of Cadiz. Super comfortable bed and pillows. This apartment ticked all the boxes for us. Not much sun on the terrace but still we used it a lot to eat and have a drink in the lovely heat. Communication was great with our host, we really hope we can return again!

Pros: Great location within the city, awesome roof top terrace, beautiful apartment. Everything was very clean and the kitchen very modern. We would have liked to stay longer and we would recommend a stay. The contact with the administration/ landlord was via phone messages who was very friendly and considerate.

Cons: Only minor issues & more a personal opinion than actual criticism. We found the registration via app to be a bit odd. We also needed to open the doors with this app, which gives flexibility for arriving, but after a long day outside sometimes left us scrapping for the last battery percentage. Although the contact with the landlord was very friendly, it felt a bit impersonal since we actually never met the landlord or other staff.

Pros: Very nice and cozy apartment with a lovely balcony. Location was great, close to the city center and the beach.
