Pros: Very clean, warm welcome, and good location. Owner provided a parking pass and went to the parking lot together to explain how to use it.

Pros: Superbly located only 5 minutes walk from the parador in Arcos. Very nicely appointed, lots of space and amazing views across the valley from the bedrooms. Really wonderful place and would have loved to stay longer Comes with a car park pass to park in the public underground car park around 5 mins walk away, but would be no problem to collect or drop-off luggage directly outside the property.

Pros: The apartment is in a beautiful location right in the center, within walking distance to the historic old town, restaurants, and bars. The host warmly welcomed us and even prepared a small snack and drink on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The view from the apartment is stunning, and we especially appreciated the secured parking in nearby underground garages. What truly stood out were the exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows – we slept like babies! The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. We would absolutely love to come back again!

Pros: It is well located to visit the cathedral on the hill top. It is extremely clean and well looked after. In order to gain entry the host will meet you at the apartment. If you are driving then the parking is approximately 1 kilometre away at the hosts property. The apartment is located on a busy narrow street so you can’t spend too much time unpacking the car. The host was very nice but only speaks Spanish. Even though he is on WhatsApp never responded to my messages.

Good place to stay in Arcos close to the old town

Pros: There was a lot to like: Location, just a 5 minute walk up to the old town (The first bit is the worst). Comfortable beds and very clean. Views from bedrooms. Aircon in living area. Private garage space 10 mins walk away or free parking on street. Tip: go in to the Parador Hotel next to the castle for a coffee, drink or meal. The terrace is very pleasant with stunning views.

Cons: The mosquito mesh blind on to Juliet balcony was broken and wouldn't stay up. Bit hot in the bedrooms, just overhead ceiling fans.

Excellent!

Pros: The hosts greeted us at the entry and showed us around. They only speak Spanish, but it wasn’t a problem. We loved the small details. Some candy, water and two beers in the fridge. Everything was super clean and the flat is exactly like in the pictures. The view from the balcony was stunning.

Cons: The flush of the toilet was a bit loose, so it would be nice if that gets fixed. :-) Otherwise everything was perfect.

Homely and immaculate. A place to fall in love with.

Pros: What a wonderful accommodation. We met the owners in person and they introduced us to the apartment. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms, the well equipped kitchen. Tea, coffee, drinks, sweets, it was all available to give us a warm welcome. The place was immaculate and so homely decorated. The views onto the mountains are a treat. The owners were so very kind and helpful. We parked the car in the street for free, 2 min walk from the apartment. A couple of restaurants nearby walking distance. Great value for money. Do not look any further, it is an apartment you won't easily forget.

Cons: We were in love with the place. No faults found. I would love to go back some day and stay longer since we stayed for one night only.

Amazing place with even better views.

Pros: This really is a lovely apartment. The views alone from the bedrooms make it worth staying. Location wise it's perfectly based for both the old town and exploring the region. Our host was great and gave me a lift back from the car park (which is a massive bonus as well) and left a couple of cold beers to settle us in.

One night in Arcos.

Pros: The host Manuel & his wife do not speak English, but we somehow managed to arranged to meet after contacting. They were very welcoming and showed us how everything worked and the apartment had everything we needed. 2 beers in the fridge on arrival. Fabulous view from the bedroom. Doesn’t look much from outside, but the apartment is lovely. Manuel also escorted me personally to the free underground parking a couple of hundred metres away. We found a lovely restaurant just a short walk away from the apartment, called Isabella. Food was fabulous, as was the wine and views across the landscape from their balconies.

Cons: Nothing really. The apartment is a little difficult to find as Arcos has lots of small one way streets.
