Pros: The central location of the hotel was wonderful and made our stay extremely convenient. We were able to walk easily to every part of the town, with many restaurants, cafés, shops, and local attractions just a short distance away. This allowed us to fully enjoy the atmosphere of the area without needing any transportation. In addition, there was a convenient car park located just across the road from the hotel, which made parking simple and very practical for guests travelling by car.

Cons: The treatment we received from the hotel staff, including the reception team and the cleaners, was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, always willing to give us tips about where to go in the city, such as good tapas bars, restaurants, and even recommendations for flamenco shows. Their advice really helped us enjoy the local culture and make the most of our stay. The only downside during our stay was the experience at the rooftop bar. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel very welcome there, and the atmosphere made it feel as though I didn’t quite belong.

Comfy stopover in Jerez

Pros: Great location, superb value for money, lovely reception staff. Suite was well furnished, comfy bed, everything we could want.

Cons: Nothing, apart from the rain, but can't blame the accommodation for that.

Pros: They say that if the location is great, you can be a bit more relaxed about quality — but that’s definitely not the case here. The rooms were super nice, very comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were excellent and even responded to our very low-priority message in the middle of the night (sorry about that! 😊). The check-in and check-out system was smooth and efficient, and the after-stay communication was quick and precise. And coming back to the location — almost every “What to do in Jerez” YouTube video seemed to start from the square right in front of the hotel. That says a lot about how perfectly placed it is. Would absolutely stay again.

Cons: A little tip for those travelling by car: there’s a parking garage right underneath the hotel called INTERPARKING, and it’s reasonably priced as well. However, the city has several Interparking locations, and if you take the wrong entrance tunnel, you might end up in a different garage a bit farther from the hotel. So pay close attention to the signs and make sure you’re driving into the correct one. It will save you a bit of time and unnecessary walking 😊

Fantastic, would stay again without a doubt

Pros: Amazing location, parking right in front (paid for separately) and the rooms were large.

Cons: The bed was a little firm, but that’s personal preference

Pros: This place was amazing find. Very good location, easy to parking on blue zones, very nice appartment. Everything was good and so nice.

Cons: Only thing that was missing would be salt, pepper and maybe olive oil and some basic things for cooking. As it is taken as an appartment it would be nice to have. Other than that it was perfect.

Perfect for a short overnight stay, very convenient location.

Pros: The apartment was exactly what we expected. We checked in ourselves, got into the room ourselves, all without any hassle. As we booked same-day, staff did not manage to make up the sofa bed for us - a quick message to the manager, and 20 minutes later they came and made it up (very late in the evening). We literally stayed for under 12 hours as a mid-stop on our trip - left the car in the pre-booked garage (2 minutes away from the flat, 8 eur/24 hours), and for that purpose it was perfect.

Cons: Nit-picking here, but - looks bigger on the photos, it would have been tight for our family if we stayed longer, but honestly in that case I would have booked something off-center - the location of this one beats the tight space, so i am not complaining.

Pros: The location was great, the room was nice and clean. The receptionist was very friendly.

Cons: The initial booking process was a bit confusing as there were many automated messages after reservating and not all applied to us which was slightly frustrating. But we sent a WhatsApp message and confusion was cleared within minutes.

Pros: Great location in the centre of town, walking distance to everything including a decent carre four supermarket Suite is fine but everything was a bit compact (our hotel room at the Eurostars was bigger than this suite) - we booked for the washing machine access Car parking was underground with access directly outside. Communication from the staff about parking & directions was fabulous - thank you

Cons: The laundry room can only be accessed when someone is on the desk - single washer (free to use). Too many automated emails saying our reservation would be lost if we didn’t follow a link to pay. Felt threatening, very unnecessary as you can easily pay at reception on arrival
