Pros: It is a super modern, spacious and well designed apartment located just in front of the beach. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes in the area and the old town is a walking distance away.

Pros: Everything was great apart from not having much human contact with staff.

Cons: No human contact.

Pros: Lovely apartment close to sea. Parking big problem in Cadiz.

Cons: Recommend owners provide two cheap chairs for the beach. Uncomfortable sitting on beach on the sand.

Pros: The location was fantastic. It was a lovely, clean apartment with good facilities.

Cons: There was no personal contact and the code didn't work when we arrived. It was sorted. We had to pay a lot to park.

Cadiz is fantastic. The apartment will not disappoint.

Pros: The location, the beach, easy access everywhere. Cadiz is a very special, very busy place. Excellent communication and access was easy. The taxi driver dropped us next door- top tip check it matches the photo sent.

Perfect spot to stay in Cadiz. We would book this apartment again.

Pros: The location and the apartment was almost perfect for us. Beach, bus, restaurants, etc… all at your door.

Cons: All we lacked was a safe. I believe this is an essential item all accommodations should have. This is our only thing we would change.

Pros: Fantastic location on the Promenade of Playa Victoria. The studio (204) with sea view is exactly as the photographs illustrated. Very clean and spacious with a wonderful view of the beach, ocean, and sunset. Large, extremely comfortable bed. Great shower and bathroom. Kitchen with cooking utensils. Bars, restaurants, and chiringuitos are all on hand and easily accessible. Good communication from the host Christina, and I was given earlier entry to the studio as soon as it was ready. Highly recommend this apartment, and I will happily without hesitation stay there again as and when in Cadiz.

Perfect location for beach days & old town very close by too

Pros: Perfect location with everything close by. Clean & minimalist yet stylish too. Great restaurants just across the road particularly Marea which had fabulous tuna ( both tapas & full mains)

Cons: Design of kitchen cupboards over sink.. bumped our heads a few times!

Beautiful apartment in excellent location

Pros: The location of this apartment is excellent. Directly across from the lovely Playa Victoria. Lots of restaurants, shops and a bakery nearby. Public bus stops right outside for easy trips to the old town. Apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable with an excellent shower. View of the beach really makes it special.

Cons: I never saw or met any staff or even had any messages. It didn't matter too much as I had no problems with the apartment but it would have been nice to at least have a host check in briefly to see if there were any issues or ask questions. Very minor thing was that there was no oil, salt, pepper in the kitchen. A couple of this basic items in the kitchen would be worthwhile.

Pros: Great place , ideal for relaxing , enjoying the beach and keeping it simple . Great location .
